This Plumbing Company was sent to my home by First ****************************** to address a leaking shower in my master bedroom. The plumber, ***** was sent to my home to address the problem. After his inspection, he told me that he had to order a part when his company opened again on Monday as his visit was on a Saturday. Additionally, he explained that when he returned with the part that he was would have to do some work behind the valve and that required drilling a hole in the wall. He had his company would then contact ****************************** to send someone out to close/patch the hole. I waited for DN Plumbing to call me for the next appointment and they never did. I tried calling them numerous times with no answer. I then called American Home Warranty to report this issue and they tried called them and the same thing happened. I then received a call from American Home Warranty stating that the report was written stating that it is a water pressure problem and this is not covered under my warranty. This not was ***** explained to me before he left my home. Within the last week I have called and called the Plumbing company to speak with the owner about this and again I get no answer. I do not understand how this company remains in business and will request that they be removed for the list of approved CERTIFIED PLUMBERS.Review from Alex T

**********, *********************:If there were a contest The worst plumbing company ever, I would nominate DN Plumbing (*******, **). They should be the winners. Our kitchen sink was blocked. ***** from DN Plumbing came twice, each time spent in our kitchen less than 10 minutes, saying that there was no access to pipes and that he had no time since he had another job and that he will talk to his supervisor. He either never did or his supervisor did not care. The same happened with the administrative assistant ******** who promised to talk to her supervisor. No response for two days. Meanwhile, the dispatcher tried to claim that the second request was for a different (new) job. Not true - both times it was about the blockage in our (one and only) kitchen sink. These guys are incompetent, lazy, and dishonest. Eventually after 9 days without being able to use the sink (and dishwasher) we called a plumber from a local company who worked for about an hour and fixed the problem.So our score/rating is -5 stars with a big minus!! Unfortunately, there are no minus stars in the standard rating.

************************** we tried several times to clear your drain on two separate occasions and were unsuccessful. The constructionylayout of your kitchen sink drain is offset which makes it difficult to clear. You did have a clean-out, however, It was installed on the horizontal drain instead of the vertical vent line. If it was installed in the correct location it would of been a 20 minute repair not an hour. As for your 10 minute comment about ************** being there, that's incorrect. We have GPS/cameras on our vehicles and our tech was there much longer than 10 minutes. We are glad you got your problem resolved and apologize we weren't able to clear your stoppage.Review from suresh b

The tech who came to repair my leaking bath faucet said he does not know how to open and left. he said he will bring a real plumber to do it.DN Plumbing, Inc. Response

Good day! We were not able to fully diagnose your problem due to the fact that you refused ************** from removing your shower trimming because it had caulking that you did not want to disturb/cut. We needed to inspect the inside wall near the shower valve for the leak. You refused service.Review from Ann M

Had appt through warranty company for DN Plumbing, set for Sat Oct 21st at 1 to 5pm. Waited and no one showed up. Called DN Plumbing 3 times. No answer. Called warranty company and they called DN Plumbing 2 times and sent 2 emails. No answer. First thing on Monday 23rd Oct, I called my home warranty and they contacted DN Plumbing. Put us on a 3-way call with *****, who said he is the supervisor. He lied and said they came out late after 6pm and no one was home. I offered to pull up camera footage for those times to show he was lying but the warranty company said they will reassign a different plumbing company. Very very unprofessional company DN Plumbing.
