On July 20,2021, I gave Mr.****** an initial Deposit of ******* on reupholstering and reconfiguring my sofa and chair. His charge was to be ********* for labor and material. I later gave Mr. O. an additional deposit of ******** Mr. ****** brought a sample "book" for me to see and choose what I wanted. I did choose a piece, although, when I saw a large piece I changed my mind. Seems that it angered him that I changed my mind and he began speaking to me like I had no sense. He knew I would pay for the fabric. Things got worse, I cancelled and requested a refund of my deposits, which he refused to give me. He brought the sofa & chair frames to my home, I told him he could put them in my garage, there is nothing I can do with the frames, no one wants work on some thing he started. I can't park in the garage plus I have my storage room full of cushions & the fabric he removed from my sofa & chair. What can I do? I am 90 years of age.
