I had several conversations via ************** with ******. On 2/7/22, I mailed her a check for $3000.. On 2/14 & 2/15, I called her & left messages. On 2/16, I had it. I called & emailed her telling her I no longer want her as my attorney since she cant contact her clients. On 2/16, *************** email me after reading my email that I no longer want her services. She was out of town for Valentines Day. I decided to go on the internet & look up any reviews on ***********************. I found out she has a history of not keeping in contact with her clients. Since our contract was cancel, I was expecting her to send me my check back. On 2/23, I found out she cashed my check the day I fired her. I emailed her & told her to return my money. She emailed me explaining she emailed me letting me know she could work on my case & that she will not be available until 3/ 1. Why would she email me letting me know she will work on my case after I fired her this didnt make sense. On 2/23, I told her to Zelle me my money using my phone #. I told her I havent recd my money. On 3/1 she asked for my Zelle number. I never got this email. She claimed she sent me .01 to make sure it was my account & for me to confirm. I told her I never recd it. On 3/3, she sent me $5.00. She said her bank will only allow her to send $1000 per day & that she sent me $1000 that day via *********** will send me the rest of the money on March 4 & March 5. On 3/ 4 I never recd the $1000 she claims she sent on 3/3. She said she did send ******** has conformation from her bank. She sent me $1000 that day for my second payment, but my bank told me she never sent the $1000 on the 3rd. On 3/5, I asked her to send me my $1000 for that day which she sent only $950.00. I told her this is not what we agreed on. March 6, she sent me $1000 but she still owes me $45. She should have never cashed my check knowing I was trying to call her, & knowing I fired her. As you can see, she used all tactics to stall.
