I am a subscriber and have sent countless faxes as well as emails to advertising, circulation have tried calling all to no avail. I am looking to receive #*** for ***************** which I never received Kindly advise this has been going on for months and months with no responseInitial Complaint

In August 2022, I received a notice from ******************* (which is a part of Ross Periodicals) with an offer to extend my subscription which I accepted and paid $69.00 for a three year extension (even though my original subscription was not due to expire. In September ****************************************************************** receiving the magazine and contacted Excellence by email (on September 23, 2022) and requested cancellation of the renewal and a refund of the $69.00 since the new renewal had not commenced.On September 26, 2022, I received a reply from an employee named **** who replied with I will cancel the subscription and submit to accounting for a refund. When I did not hear from the company or receive a refund, on October 6, 2022 I sent another email asking about the status of the refund and did not receive a reply.On October 10, 2022, I called the phone number but was unable to speak to someone but left a voice message asking them to contact me, then I sent another email asking about the status of my refund and has not received a response.All I want is a refund from the company for a subscription that I never used.
