I paid 10k for a 15 thousand dollar motor December 2021. They said it would be a 6 month build. I went to their shop at the time thinking I was doing my due diligence. Then I get ghosted. I call I talk to ***** and he tells me him and step dad had a falling out and PayPal funds were stolen. Luckily I saved my invoice and PayPal payment. Spoke to ***** a handful of times and received responses on refunds last time was December 2023. Now theres no answer on phone calls or messenger. I want my money back and will seek legal adviceReview from Ron M

BE AWARE!!! Be careful dealing with these guys it all sounds good in the beginning then they'll ghost you and not respond to your calls. I ordered and engine which they said would take 3 to 6 months and I got it two years later. They took full payment for my rear-end build which they said was done then said they hadn't completed it yet and they were waiting for parts. I am still waiting for the fuel lines, fuel regulator, radiator w/electric fans, engine mounts, and transmission mounts, and numerous other parts. If I could give them zero or a half a start I would I am now going on three years since I first reached out to them I have my text messages to show how they ignore me as well. The worst part is they recommended a shop for the install I met the guy gave him a $1000 deposit and a year later his shop was closed and my money gone these guys said they would reimburse me since they sent me to him and that's another loss I took due to these guys. Am not sure but these guys SCSS Industries I ordered my engine package in October 2022 they tell me six months we almost **** I paid this guy half of my package 10k they dont answer my calls they dont answer my text they dont wanna send me his new shop address what kind of business they are this is not the right way to trick customers I am a businessman I always answer my customers calls this guy, their joke, ???????????????Review from Mike B

Horrible customer service. They answer the phone perfectly fine when buying and engine package, then drop you like a hat and block you on all social media for just asking a question about a 12k package I paid for. I received my engine package, it leaks oil, leaks fuel, they blocked off unecessary steam ports, thermostat bad in the engine, transmission bellhousing cracked. I will be taking further action on this.Review from Marina S

We gave a deposit for a new motor in July ,2022 for the amount of 6000$.And said that the motor will be ready in 6 months.After this time, no one called us. I tried to get through for several months after that but no one answered. In April 2023 I was finally lucky and Chris said that the motor would be ready in 2 weeks.After that 4 months I got the same answer after 2 weeks. A week ago they told me they didn’t even start making the motor and I asked for my deposit back.They said they were moving and they had no time to return my money. This company scams people, doesn't do what it promises, takes money and doesn't return it.
