      On February 10, 2024 I received a letter from Edmadco Disposal claiming that a couple of people I dont know owe them $220 for a rental trash bin. The letter has my address that I have lived in for 12 yrs but the names on the bill I have no idea who these people are. I have left the company phone messages and sent them an email to fix this issue involving my address. They finally sent me an email asking me if I have service with them. They dont even service my area in Southern **********. Obviously they didnt fully read my email. I need them to get my address off any of thier billing issues before it becomes a problem with any collections. Emadco Disposal Service P.O.       We received an email on 3/10/24 from *************************** who was confused because he received a bill from our company. We responded back asking if he has service with us at the moment and he clarified he didn't. The bill was addressed to ****** & ***************************** who used to live at his current address ************************************************. They have since moved and did not update their billing address with **, so the invoice was sent to that location. We left *************************** a voicemail back 3/19/24 explaining this matter. He then called back that same day and a staff member explained that he owes nothing and the bill was not addressed to him. This issue has been resolved and ****** & ******* have provided a new billing address so future statements will not be sent to him. As soon as I received this email I called *************************** back to confirm he is happy and that he understands this situation.
