    On March 4, 2023 I paid Cohosh $270 upfront to file 3 claims for us.At this time, Cohosh was advertising on their website and in their email replies that they would be stepping away from the business in late April, returning mid-June due to maternity leave on their side.I figured this was fine since they were advertising their return to business date and it would still be plenty of time to file my claims after they got back.I corresponded once with them about this claim in late March - they were still working with my midwife to collect documentation and prepare a claim draft. Then I never heard from them again.I tried to follow up in August, figuring that that was plenty of time for them to have returned from leave and get things back up to speed. I only received an auto-reply email stating that they were on leave and would return in mid-June (so the timeline was not updated)Fast forward to December, I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company (which I used to pay Cohosh) but after a few months of that dispute they determined that it was valid simply because they could not get verification from the vendor (which was my whole claim)By this time the time period to file my health insurance claim had expired.So I decided to try and send Cohosh another email directly requesting a refund - in Feb 2024. But got the same auto-reply that they would be returning mid-June 2023.
