I purchased cabinets from this company. One came broken. I filled a claim immediately. They informed me one month later that they would not be able to replace it due to a back order. I requested a refund. They informed me I was outside the window of the returns since it was now past 30 days, despite the fact that I filled the claim within 1 week. Next they did not deliver the crown moulding I ordered. I reported it. They just stopped returning my calls. The cabinet was $660 The crown moulding was $660 They are now offering me $150 to close the claim. This is so insane.Initial Complaint

On 3/22/2022 I paid the full amount of $11,523.34 for Montpelier Sage cabinets from the *******, ** office. The delivery fee of $249 were added. ******* told me that a lot of the cabinets were back ordered. I agreed to wait the 3 months for the whole order so that they could be delivered all together. She put dates on my order when the items would arrive. The last date was 6/11/2022. Since my floor were sagging I had that work done and have painted the kitchen. They needed to remove the old floor cabinets in order to do the floor work. On 6/9/2022 I called the ******* store to make arrangements for delivery. ******* returned my call and told me since I didn't take the cabinets that were available my cabinets were given away and I will now have to wait another 2 months. I told her that was not the agreement. I wanted to speak to her boss and she told me he was in training In Tennessee. He would email me on Friday on 6/10/2022. He did not email me on Friday. I am two years from retiring and this was all my savings I had. What kind of business practice is this?
