On February 27, 2024, I made a phone call to ask for a status of the refund check that I supposed to receive. Audi ********* Services representative kept telling me that the check was cashed on January 16, 2024, but I went through all the bank transactions, and did not see that there was a deposit of the check. I asked for a copy of the check, the representative told me that he did not have that information, but had some other details. I then asked for the name of the bank that the check was deposited into. He said he did not have that information. I then asked if there was anyone else in the company who have that information that I can get contact to, but he said that is not available. I was given no other way. I plan to pursue legal actions to get my money back.Initial Complaint

We are leasing a car for over a year now, and the back office set up incorrectly auto payment making us late every month and purposely charging us late fee at the amount of approximately $100 every month. We pay on time, every month and have no bank issue, the problem is solely on Audi and their system. We tried speaking with them for almost a year now, and they keep pushing the issue from one rep to another, promising that supervisor will call us (no supervisor is ever there to speak with us) at this point they overcharged us over $1000 and want more money. They say we have a problem with our bank, but how could that be if they successfully collect payment and late fee every month. We spend hours and nothing gets solved. This is stealing in the day light, unacceptable.Initial Complaint

I purchased a used ***** 5 from the Audi of Oakland on July 21st 2021. I paid the car in full with a check. The money was taken on July 26th 2021.The dealer failed to transfer the title within 60 days. According to ***, the processing fee for title transfer was paid, but a relevant document has never been sent, therefore the application is pending and will not move any further unless dealer provides it.I tried to solve the issue with the dealer in several ways via phone and even going back to the dealership in Oakland. At the end of September, I called the dealership. I was told that *** is slow and I had to wait the 90 days expiring on October 21st, that the title would have been transferred by then. That if this didnt happen, I had to go back to the Audi of Oakland to get another 90 days temporary permit. The day after I reached the **** I've been told that title transfer will never proceed, until dealership sends missing paperwork.Same day I called Audi of Oakland reaching the same person. He was upset for me having reached out the *** and accused me of not believing what he says. He told me that I need to go back to the dealership in person for having another 90 days permit until the *** transfers the title, and even said to not call again, that he will put a note that I have been already told all, so that I will not be answered again on the phone. On the 21 of October I went to the Audi of Oakland, to learn that nothing like another 90 days temporary permit exists. I was first told *** is slow because of covid. Then the general sales manager showed me a text telling that a document was sent to *** rather than to the Audi of Oakland by USAA and needed to be back at Audi , that all would be solved in 7 days. He refused to put anything of it in writing.After two more weeks, the title is not transferred yet. I called back the Audi of Oakland but it didn't help. I wrote an e-mail to the general manager with sales manager in cc but got no reply
