      I purchased a 2021 Audi Q7 from Audi of Oakland on 06/06/2024 I put $3500 dollars down, as a down payment. I signed a contract and they told me I was financed though a certain bank. I've had the car for more than 30 days now, but I received a call from Audi of Oakland says that there was some bad news that they have to try to find another bank to finance my car because they forgot to get me to sign some other papers. I still don't have my car financed. And they abused my credit score.

      I submitted paper work on March 20th, 2024 to cancel my car warranties for a car I bought. They never submitted the paper work to ************************ I called the Administrator of the Agreement which is Principal ******** and they said they have received nothing.

      We leased a car from this dealership on 2/18/2024, which was our fourth vehicle purchase from the same dealership.A few days after the purchase, we noticed some fraudulent and undisclosed charges on the lease document. We found out about that when we compared the previous lease document from the same dealer. Then, I made an official complaint to the company about the following 3 misleading information. The company promised to get back to me but failed to get back to me. 1. Failure to install a roof luggage rack, saying it was not possible. We witnessed the the roof luggage rack on a similar vehicle few days later. 2. Adding undisclosed charges on the lease contract for Executive Shield for $1495 and ********** for $1305. Total $2800.3. Promising to have 2 years worth of EV charging privileges at Electrifying America stations but it expired just after 250 KWHs in about a month. Our final decision to purchase the vehicle was based on this offer.

      Hello,

      This issue is still not resolved. I received a call from the General Manger ************ and after listening to my concerns, he promised to get back to me but never did. Many calls to him went unanswered as well. ************ also admitted that mistakes were done because I was assisted by trainees and they were not aware of the programs. 

      I would appreciate your help in getting a favorable solution for this matter as I still feel that this company was involved in consumer fraud.

      I purchased an Audi Q5E hybrid 1/16/2023 and Audi of Oakland failed to provide me the Clean Air Vehicle Form ***** and failed to report the clean air vehicle to the *** so that I am able to claim the clean air vehicle tax credit. I have been reaching out for over a month to resolve the issue with the ** ************************* and he is refusing to take my calls, refuses to respond to my emails, and pushes off the issue to *****************************. I have had to pay a refile fee for my 2023 taxes and Audi Oakland (******** *********** has yet to make it right by providing me with the necessary information and paperwork to file my taxes. I will be out of my tax rebate of $7500, which was the ONLY reason why I purchased the vehicle and now Im out $150 to have to refile my taxes since *** rejected it due to clean air vehicle form ***** was not filed by Audi Oakland (******** Group)

      Audi of Oakland has sent a release letter to relinquish all my rights to file any complaint against them, if I sign the letter they will cut me a check. I am currently having the letter reviewed because I do not want to relinquish any rights in case any recalls or class actions suits arise in the future that will hinder me from filing. I am requesting Audi to revise the letter to state that this is solely for the Clean Air Vehicle Tax Credit.

      Audi Oakland sold me a car with bad brakes I ran a red light and almost crashed. Then they agreed to let me return the car. They then waited 19 days to e-mail me a copy of the contract only after several phone calls. Once I did get the contract, it was not the contract that I actually signed. Instead a contract that someone had forged my signature on

      I purchased a ******** **** at this dealership last October 2023. I spent way too much money and did not drive off the lot feeling happy at all. I completely miscalculated how much the vehicle would cost. After taxes the car came out to over $19k and I informed the salesman how I thought I was making a mistake. He ended up talking me into proceeding with the purchase. It didnt stop there. After the financial manager was done adding in warranties, the total came out to over $30k. I agreed to a warranty but never did the financial manager inform me the warranties were nearly an additional $9k. As a woman Ill never go to a dealership alone again. I felt extremely taken advantage of. Thankfully when I went home and reviewed the paperwork, I saw the warranties had a refund policy and immediately felt relief. I completed the paperwork for two separate warranties, one for $899 which was received, and another for $7,963. I was told to wait 6-8 weeks for the refund to be sent to my loan. After 8 weeks and not receiving the nearly $8k refund, I called Oakland Audi for an ETA on the refund and no one at the dealership had a clue about my case. It has now been 9 weeks and Im still getting nowhere. Additionally, I had to repeatedly call their business to get them to even support me because no one was calling me back. I am extremely frustrated after waiting so patiently. I had planned to pay off the difference of my loan once this refund was received. Now I have no clue when itll arrive and my loan is incurring interest. Horrible management from such a prestigious company. I also saw later that several hard inquiries were made when they were financing the vehicle which I thought was excessive and unnecessary as my credit was 755. But the delay in refund is my main complaint.

      I was pretty close of buying a 19 Audi A4 out of state at Audi Oakland to *****. I buy all my cars out of state. The dealership (Audi Oakland) refuses to compensate me back for a $249 cancellation fee I was charged by Montway auto shipping, as the reason why I had canceled was because the dealership lied to me about the condition of the paint. This was all caused by this particular dealership, and the service I received. ******, the sales manager, said we got charged with bank fees and dmv fees, I felt like telling him, as you should! You did a shady car sale without telling the customer about the condition of the car, and expected me not to find out. The general manager **** which *** called 2x, left a voice message once, hasnt called me back regarding the ****** customer service and sale that his dealership did. I had to call and text to find out about if the cars paint is damaged, as it looks scuffed or peeling on the bottom underside of the rear right side bumper. **** was the one that finally said yes it is damaged, and he was the one that lied and said besides the curb rash, and the passenger side right door was rock chipped, but the sales associate shiv, and the sales manager wasnt transparent, about the condition of the paint. And I also felt they were trying to avoid me, and not call me back, afraid for my response. Im also not happy about when I told ******, that dont you think this is shy-sty about this sale, as you and your associate wasnt transparent from the beginning. He said, its a 4 year old car, what do you expect?! well if you dont want to do this deal, that you dont have to, to make me feel bad, and pressure me. I initially said no I want the deal, but I want the bumper taken care of. I thought about it, and when a bumper gets repainted, its never the same and was really uncomfortable, I said, if theyre lying to me about this what else are they lying to me about? The mere fact I was lied to, is the reason why I canceled the deal.
