I got purchase protection for a dance intensive at Joffery Ballet over the summer. It covered accidents when your child couldnt do the intensive. My daughter had an accident the first day and missed 1/2 the intensive. I filed a claim 7/13/23. On 8/17/23, I received an email the claim was approved for $400. I entered my information to get my money the first time on 9/25/23. On 10/3, after inquiring when Id get the money, ****** told me that Id get the money the first part of the week after. I did not. On 10/14, the money had not been received. inquired for an update. I was told my bank info was invalid. 10/16 I got information to update. I did. Then was told it was invalid again. That was impossible as I carefully checked and its a copy paste. I stated this and gave my bank info by email.I never heard from them again. I have emailed many different times and differ t emails. No one responds.Business response

Timeline:
- July 13th, **** filed a PP claim.
- August 17th, an email was sent to **** approving the claim
- **** missed this email, so she emailed Regpack on Sept 25th looking for an update.
- PP Support told her that we emailed her on August 17th and we needed her banking info to proceed with reimbursement.
- She provided banking info on Sept 25th but provided the wrong banking information.
- On October 16th, she resubmitted it.
- PP Support told **** on 10/22 that the payout was being issued and it would be 5-7 business days.
- 10/25 **** emailed in requesting an updateIf payout continues to fail, the alternate option is to have a check mailed. Please continue communicating with our support team as they are ready to help. Any delay in responses to the emails from support, would delay your payout processing.

Your timeline is not complete and there was no email on Oct 22. The last email from you before this morning was 10/16 I reached out numerous times almost every day after thatAdditionally, the bank information was good as I emailed you proof of Friday 10/27 in a screenshot of my submission. Clearly the info I entered was correct as you did finally pay it out Friday 10/27.
i do not require more action from the company but they need to get their information straight I have full proof of all of this

I registered my son at ***************** for two courses offered in the summer of 2023 on April 3. It asked me whether I want me payment to be protected or not WITHOUT telling me whether the option of being protection will cost $99. Therefore, unaware of the potential charge, I chose protection. Then I received an email informing me of the charge. When I want to cancel this option and its website says this is non-refundable. This is a complete scam. I want the money to be returned to me by Regpack.
