Bad, vindictive actor. Came out to to inspect and bid on job. I explained to him what was needed and scope of job. We went down to the panel so i could show him what issues were He asked a few questions, i answered as best i could. When i asked if he wanted to start the job, he told me that the job was complex, that he would spend 8 hours and not find the issue and that I wouldn't pay him and that his gout was bothering him We have never not paid anyone for their services and his rude ***** manner was unbelievable. I posted a bad yelp review. My phone rang immediately - it was him. ****** to say the least Then I received mildly threatening Yelp messages telling me to fix violations or he will contact ******* enforcement. getting those issues fixed was precisely why I called him. So he walked off because he accused me of not going to pay him and because the job was too complex for him, and calls me 2x, leaving a rambling, strange message, and then uses Yelp message app to send me a mildly threatening message. I guess I only have myself to blame because I didn't do what I normally do - read the one-star Yelp reviews. If you read them a pattern emerges - a man who responds to negative reviews w/ harassment, threats, and innuendo.So, then he calls the city on me, and an inspector showed up for permit violations and having work done w/o permits. I explained to him that I called Williams to fix the issue that he reported me for and that he walked off without providing me w/a bid, he stated "I'm sorry to have wasted your time. Have a good day." The *************** has limited resources, and it's beyond shameful for this guy to be wasting precious resources on a perceived slight - a bad Yelp review written because of rude behavior. . A few days ago, an electrician came out and fixed the issue that I called Williams about - 30 minutes total - way less time than Williams has spent harassing me!

My opinions: When I arrived at his job, I told him I was injured with gout and would not be able to help him. His ego was so weak, and the work was so badly done, he was offended that I refused to do the job and he posted this and other libelous reviews that were viscous and untrue in many items he is citing. Since I never worked for him at all, why is he allowed to post such reviews as if I did? The strange "rambling message I left: "I told you I had gout and could not do the job since it would entail many trips up and down your 30 steps. Not fair for you to attack me like this just because I refused the job. Your job has many code violations that are dangerous and need to be fixed, such as: sch. 40 pvc exposed to physical damage, breaker not identified correctly, missing knock out in the panel, back feed on a neutral (the only thing he wanted me to fix), and panels jammed up against the pge main, against pge code, which requires 10" clearance, one of which covers up the city inspection tag!" The inspector the city sent, ignored all those violations which were previously ignored by the other inspector, closing ranks to avoid trouble for the guy who passed illegal items i mo.
