      I am not liable for this debt with Lendup. I do not have a contract with Flurish DBA Lendups for this account. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      I received a call from a debt collection company saying that I owed money to Lendup, a company I have never heard of, for a payday loan for for $389. I have never taken a payday in my life. I told the lady that I was reporting them to the law and she hung up on me.

      As of April 2023, Lendup is still incorrectly reporting a loan as not paid and charged off to Equifax. This is false. I am unable to contact LendUp as every phone number, address and company information is not valid. This has caused severe adverse action against me in obtaining a home loan and a higher interest rate. This needs needs to be deleted from my Equifax report immediately.

      I am not liable for this debt or any negative charges and comments that LendUp aka Flurish, **** placed on my credit report.I do not have a contract with LendUp aka Flurish, **** The account show closed on the credit report, but LendUp aka Flurish, *** is not removing this closed account off my credit report.I've reached out to them and they have not provided me with any contract, like I requested.

      LendUp has been taking payments out of my account without my permission. I did not authorize them to do so. I am going to my financial institution to put a stop payment to them on my account. I was told that they were no longer able to give loans, service loans or collect on loans. When I got this loan I told them that I did not feel comfortable with them taking the payments out of my account that I prefer to pay them by check. The very first month they took the money out on the date that I got paid and have continued to do so. I have tried to call every phone number that I can for them but they are all sales ads. I can not speak to a representative. I can not log into my account now. I do not know what else to do.

      LendUp Loans, LLC (we, us, our) received your February 3, 2022 statement submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). To summarize your statement, you claim that you are a victim of identity theft. Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your concerns.

      LendUp is no longer lending or servicing loans. If you still owe money on a loan, we are happy to tell you all outstanding debts have been forgiven and no future collection attempts will be made by LendUp or any LendUp affiliates.

      If you receive a collection communication from any company claiming to represent LendUp or claiming you owe money for a past LendUp debt, be advised the company does not represent LendUp and your LendUp debt was forgiven.

      Our review of your inquiry confirms you obtained Installment Loan ********************************** on March 13, 2018 with the following payment schedule as outlined in your loan agreement:
      - April 21, 2018 - $78.44
      - May 21, 208 - $78.44
      - June 21, 2018 - $78.44
      - July 21, 2018 - $78.44
      - August 21, 2018 - $78.44
      - September 21, 2018 - $78.44
      - October 21, 2018 - $78.44

      The account identified that we successfully received your first four payments of $78.44. However, our attempt to debit to your account on August 21, 2018 was unsuccessful. Lendup attempted to notify you via email on August 23, 2018 that your loan was overdue but did not receive any attempt for repayment. 

      As a result of this loan being outstanding without repayment, the Loan was charged-off on January 19, 2019. The loan was successfully marked as paid off on 7/11/2020.

      Please note that we are required to accurately report to the credit bureaus based on the repayment schedule included in your loan agreement; therefore, we are not able to delete or modify any accurate reporting.

In your complaint, you allege LendUp has inaccurately reported your Prime Loan ID ********* to the credit bureaus and want it deleted from your credit history. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. 
      Our review of your inquiry confirms you obtained Prime Installment Loan ********************************** on June 30, 2017 with the following payment schedule as outlined in your loan agreement:
      July 29, 2017 - $184.23
      August 29, 2017 - $184.23
      September 29, 2017 - $184.23
      October 29, 2017 - $184.23
      November 29, 2017 - $184.23
      December 29, 2017 - $184.21
      The account identified that we successfully received your first payments on July 29,
      2017. However, our attempt to debit to your account on August 29, 2017 and September 29, 2017 was unsuccessful. Lendup attempted to notify you via email on August 31, 2017 and October 2, 2017  that your loan was overdue but did not receive any attempt for repayment. The last payment we received was on August 27th, 2019 for the amount of $130.  
      Subsequently, on December 27, 2017, the loan was reported to the credit bureaus as charged off for $958 and more recently, on February 2, 2021, you were issued a 1099-C. As a data furnisher we are required to report accurately and if notified of an inaccuracy are responsible for modifying the tradeline to ensure it is accurate. We have reviewed the tradeline information as requested and have submitted updates to the credit bureaus to correct any inaccuracies. Please allow up to 45 days for the information to reflect on your credit file.
