Mosaic is affiliated with Plot Solar, who committed fraud against my Dad, who was 84 years old at the time.My Dad already had solar panels and they made him believe they were the original company and wanted to do an upgrade for him. This 'upgrade' (original panels removed and theirs installed) got my unsuspecting Dad, who had cancer, into an additional solar loan for $60,680.My Dad is now gone and I have to sell his house with a lien for both solar debts.I do NOT recommend anyone doing business with these companies!

No stars is my grading of this fraudulent business. They are not operating legally! How could you electronically sign a homeowners name to an agreement that never was presented to the homeowner! And then expect payment and react by putting a lien on their home. You came to the wrong state dont mess with Texas

this company is a scam, they ripped my family out of thousands of dollars and now my dad has to pay ****** dollars for solar panels that are not even working, we tried to get in touch but we got the same run around. i would not recommend this company to no one, and we are a family that lives in *************, the coned bills keep getting worse and worse, before my family got the solar panels our coned bill was much lower and affordable and now my parents are getting ripped off and now have to pay a crazy amount. do not do business with this company, take your money and run somewhere else with it.

If there is a minus start I will put on it 1. We bought this solar last year , they told us there is no liens on the house , Guess what its a lien on the panel , this year we are trying to refinance the house , the solar loan is just 25k , we are not planning to pay off the loan just now , the house has equity as well , we spent 2 WEEKS now to call them to tell them to give us TEMPORARY RELEASED email letter , at beginning they told us need 3-4 days , now its been 3 weeks still NO RESPONSES , can you image you want lower rate you cant do anything ? The service call has some VA answer your call they dont care about you , they want you pay off the loan otherwise they will be the first position on the title , we tried to call more then 10 Times the answer still no , if you want to ruin the life just buy from them

If you receive their solar panels, BEWARE, THEY WILL NOT LIFT ANY LIEN ON HOME, IF YOU TRY TO REFINANCE. THEY PROMISE AN ANSWER IN 48 HOURS. IT TOOK ME 9 DAYS, FOR THEM TO SAY DENIED. NOW IM STUCK

To ***** calls from them about a monthly payment due on the first and paid on the second I tried to pay it a week early. I thought that it was paid. Have to be in a customer having never missed or paid late for the past ***************************************************************************************************************************** treated for being a good customer. Im harassed or feel that Im being harassed.

We recently purchased solar panels from Freedom Forever, who collaborates with Solar Mosaic LLC. However, we have encountered an issue while selling our house. We were informed that we are not allowed to take the panels with us as we do not own them. Initially, we were informed that we could indeed take them with us since we have a buyer's loan instead of a lease agreement. As a disabled veteran, I relied on the tax break provided by the panels to pay off medical bills. I feel that my circumstances were taken advantage of, and now I will have to use the equity in my home to pay off the panels before I can move.Despite our efforts to reach a resolution, the company has been uncooperative and even sarcastic during our discussions. We proposed a fair agreement to pay off the panels and move forward, but they have refused to work with us. We believe that if we have a loan and are making payments on it, we should be able to take the panels with us. However, our request was denied, with the explanation that the panels must remain with the property.Additionally, we were promised an annual review of our power bill and compensation for any losses, but this has not been fulfilled. We were willing to pay a reasonable amount to resolve this issue, but they have shown no willingness to cooperate. We intend to file a complaint against both Solar Mosaic LLC and Freedom Forever for their actions.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. This company is a SCAM.I am 8 days away from closing on my first home. Everything is good to go, and all I am ONE signature away from closing - but NO. Solar Mosaic won't approve me to take over the lease on the solar panels from the seller. They denied me due to excessive debt, credit delinquencies, and an insufficient credit history - which is all FALSE (I mean, I just got approved for a $500K mortgage loan, but Mosaic thinks I can't afford the $160/ month payment to them?). I called them immediately, and their "customer service is a JOKE." They said I could either pay off the remaining balance of $36K or have someone else on the title to my house. OK, fine. My dad - who has near-perfect credit, mind you - applies and GETS DENIED. Reasons: excessive debt (he has NO debt) and credit delinquencies (also has NONE). His credit score is 817.No one at Mosaic can give me any answers, and they refuse to put me through to a supervisor. I asked for an underwriter to do a manual review of my application, but that takes 7-15 business days - so now my closing date is pushed out and I'm at risk of losing this house.After reading DOZENS of similar reviews on EnergySage, I am convinced that Mosaic is engaging in extortion.I demand a response from a Senior Executive at Mosaic and not one of their typical automated boilerplate ones (again, refer to their EnergySage reviews and the meaningless auto-replies). My next step will be to retain an attorney.

Work with random solar installers who go out of business and don't service the product. Terrible internal processes. Sit on payoff checks and then hit you with interest when they've had the payoff, then delay the process for payoff needed to remove the lien, the lien which was not explained by the salesperson.

Horrible company who refuses to cancel a loan that never should have been started. The whole project was canceled within in 24hrs and they used my information to formulate a loan months later. Still have not gotten this company removed from my credit report!
