      The worst company I have ever dealt with like many other reviews, this company is a huge scam. Out here ruining peoples credit. I dont understand why no legal action has been taken out on them. We cant pay our accounts through no fault of our own, and yet when we try explaining to the credit bureaus about reports of late payments and they do nothing. My account was on autopay I never took it off. Now it just says the account is already linked yet I still cant make payments, but I keep getting text and emails after emailing my concerns.

      I have reached out to this company by email trying to get more information on an acct that's being reported on my credit report. I have not been successful in getting a customer service rep to help me resolve this issue. I tried calling their number and still can't reach an actual person, just a recording giving the hours of operation. I really just want this acct removed from my credit report. They have been reporting negative until now it's a charge-off when my bank acct is linked but they never processed any payments. My bank account has been unlinked, I tried linking it back, not successful, and I also tried closing the account, but they have the option disabled. Please help me get this resolved!

      This company is awful. They have 0 customer service. No phone number listed. They took my account off auto pay for no reason. Then the "app" wouldn't let me add my account. The only way to reach them in via email. She said I could send a check. I have no checks anymore since I don't use them. I'm 120 days behind with NO way to pay them. They are horrible.

      I have had my account set up on autopay since I started it. Several times they have not taken the payment and given me late fees. That was always incorrect because the account is on AUTOPAY and has always had enough funds to pay the monthly payment. Now I'm currently homeless with my 7 year old because you have ruined my credit score to the point where I can't put my name on a lease. And filing a report with the **** or disputing it with the buearus doesn't do anything.

      This company is the worst ever. I feel like they are for higher to ruin your credit. It doesnt make any logical sense how to work with them. I signed up. I put my own money in the account. I called them over and over again to ask questions. They did not respond at all. I called my bank to take my own money out of their account, because it was very concerning, getting no response. I started to read reviews and realize that this company was a scam. People were experiencing the same thing that I was going through. Then they started reporting to *********** that I owe them money, by taking my own money out of the account , even though I filled out the right protocol to cancel my account with them. I even put my money back in the account. Contacted them canceled then took my money back out. They have been reporting and reporting on the credit bureau. I tried to get a house and they brought my Score down low reporting over and over again this is a company from h*** There should be criminal charges brought against this company.

      The grain application would not allow me to log in to the app to pay due to the fact my bank account rejected *********************** access to it and the application would not allow me to pay my monthly bill. This caused multiple late payments causing my credit to drop drastically. I made contact with Support and the Support takes weeks to respond and was never provided with a resolution the application is faulty. I would suggest that any consumer stay far away from this company its just not worth it.

      The customer has not reached out advising of any issues with making payments or having access to the app. The customer was charged off due to being ********************** making any payments on their account.  Please note, that while the user can make payments otherwise (via check or request of e-payment) a linked bank account facilitates payment via ACH.  Users receive a monthly statement to their email address on file with their minimum payment due and specific instructions on how to pay by check.

      I have had my account set up on autopay since I started it. Several times they have not taken the payment and given me late fees. They tell me each time that there were insufficient funds. That was always incorrect because the account has always had enough funds to pay the monthly payment. This is a very sketchy company and poor customer service.

      Unfortunately grain has been the absolute worst and its not just me its everyone check ******** and reviews we get the same response every single time my attorney gave you all until December 5th to provide a receipt for payment and make my account current but still nothing then to receive an email stating that my payment is late and theres a late fee added when it was mailed off November 20th and here it is December 6th and NOTHING has been done and now the supposedly help email isnt working, This is definitely a scam and the fact its going to impact my score is crazy

      Reporting my account to the credit bureaus as charged off when in reality I have an open credit line that I can pull from at any time. Was told on August 8th, 2023 by "***************************" that they would fix the reporting error on the next reporting period. It is now November 2nd and it still is showing as charged off. Emailing customer service is a joke, they never answer, and if you are lucky enough to get a reply, it is weeks later. How is the company still in business with this many bad reviews and not one single resolution? Class action lawsuit inbound?
