Vendor called out due to a fire that affected two units right before Christmas. When proof of insurance was requested it was 3 years expired. The assigned production manager, ************************* was asked multiple times for updates and photos via mobile and email. ******* never responded but left the mobile texts on read proving they were delivered and read. Had to finally reach out to the main office 2 weeks later to receive assistance. Vendor could only email photos of 365 and could not find anything in the system for the other unit involved. Areas of carpet which was unaffected by the fire and had no water moisture readings had been cut and were about to be removed. The cut was in the middle of the bedroom. The owner and Board member, ***** stopped ******* and questioned what the crew was doing. The *** claims adjuster had a moisture reader and it was not reading any moisture issues anywhere near where the cut in the carpet was made by the crew but in the doorway of the bedroom. Unauthorized work was done. Owners, tenants, and *** members felt that the production manager was very pushy during a stressful saddening situation. Vendor removed a lockbox that they owned with owner's keys inside without any communication and an urgent construction consultant appt. was set to occur the following morning. Production manager was only willing to return the keys on his terms the following evening. When vendor tarped the roof they caused more damages to the area that have been explained to Management & the *** by a licensed and insured roofing vendor.

The date of service was October 13th. I paid this business a deposit of $1,000. I contacted them because a toilet in my upstairs overflowed, and water seeped into the ceiling and down to the first floor. The brought approximately 6 large blowers and started them and told me to let them run throughout the night and for a total of 24 hours. I did this, and the water dried up, but there was water spots on the ceiling. The next day, ******** showed up with a hand held device and pointed at the ceiling. The device was similar to a cell phone but larger. He showed me "blue" on the screen and told me I still had standing water. He gave me an estimate of $13,000.00. I told him I would get a second opinion. I told him I wanted an invoice with the charges and to have his crew come get the blowers ASAP. It took them 3 days to get the blowers, and I did not receive a call to be told the charges. I called Salvador again, and he said he would "contact the business office." It has been another week with no call. Obviously this organization has no intent on giving me any of my $1,000 back. There is no way blowers can result in a $1,000 charge.

NRT team damaged a shower tile while conducting work on a leak in my bathroom. I've sent several emails and calls claiming this was caused by them. But they denied causing the damage with no proof provided. In fact they said they took pictures, but those were taken about a week after they started work so sounds like they were just covering their tracks. After several weeks of emails and calls, they stopped responding (several contacts have been emailed with no response for 2 weeks).
