I will start by saying that I have been involved in the construction or remodeling of 4 large multi-story public buildings in my time which involved several dozen contractors. I have never worked with a more accommodating contractor than Rosas Flooring. This family owned and operated flooring business, with many years' experience, took pride in their work. Old school craftsmanship showed through from the start. I could tell by the accuracy in which they worked taking the time for detail. Their estimate was most competitive and stayed on budget throughout the project. Their communication was excellent to the point they would call each day as they were leaving for my home to start the work. They had a 3-to-4-man crew on the job each day that moved very quickly to completion without delay. My project was a 5-day time which required 2 days for the subfloor to dry. Rosas Flooring nevertheless came each day to check on the condition of the cement compound and would not proceed until it was ready. They cleaned up after each day's work and took the debris. I have now found a flooring company which I will uses again in the future and which out hesitation can highly recommend them to others.

They provided great service and I am so glad to have hired them. These are the reasons:1. They listen to what you need carefully and will do their best to deliver what you asked for.2. They picked up the material and hauled away the old closet doors and old carpets.3. They give very good pricing compared to other contractors.Overall I would definitely recommend them ????

We had the pleasure of working with ****** and his father to replace our 10 year old carpet for our entire 2 story-building The work that they did was exceptional!First of all, ****** is a delight to talk too. Very attentive and will go out of his way to help. I met him the first time trying to sample the adequate carpet texture and color. ****** brought several samples and offered more which allowed us to pick a super great option.From carpet selection to job completion, ****** was highly responsive and would communicate any issues or delays. Finally, the carpet replacement was done within 2 days. Their work was impeccably well done and they cleaned up everything before leaving.They did such a great job and exhibited such a high level of professionalism, that I am very likely going to contact them for more flooring projects. ****** and his father installed a kitchen floor in my home. My wife and I have been very happy with it. ****** is very attentive to your needs, and is very focused on detail and accomplishing what you desire as an outcome. It is hard to find a craftsman today with his level of dedication to his trade. I would definitely use ****** Rosas again for my flooring projects
