I made a purchase on February 14, 2024 after receiving an offer for a free box of peanut butter truffles. I ordered 2 peanut butter truffles boxes & 1 caramel truffles box. I received 2 boxes peanut butter truffles on 03/07 (no caramel). I emailed that day to tell them the caramel case was missing. I reviewed an auto-reply, but no response to my inquiry. I emailed again 03/17 & received an auto-reply with no response. I emailed on 03/27 stating Id file a complaint if they didnt respond. They did not respond. I also sent them a message on ******** messenger. They read that message but they did not reply. Order CORE-***** Total bill was $56.00 Each case was $28.00 Please note website contact says ************************************************** *******************************
