I am a new tenant in an apartment complex called ***************, in *******, **. I tenacity began officially 12/15/22. My loft is located on the fourth floor of ************* loft building. I attempted to appeal to the manager of the building the discrepancy in the rent based on the square footage of my unit which is approx. 800+ square feet and another loft on the same floor that is approx. ****+ sq.ft. I pointed out was being charged the same rent $2725. Additionally, when I initially viewed ********** was informed of a special offer called, *************** This offer came with the special deal of 2 months free rent if you looked at a unit and decide to lease the unit. There were no written statements of the offer, no signs or leaflets, stating the look and lease offer. Before my husband and moved into the loft we received a statement entitled, "Concession Addendum", which stated that the Madison Park/*************** was offering 2 months free rent. The months of January and ***** were designated as the months in which the tenant would be free from rent payments. Every comment or statement involving the look and lease offer was all verbal. When I signed the lease the rent was stated as $2725. I later inquired to the manger I was working with, *************************, who has since left the company, did not address my comment regarding the rent. I subsequently sent an email to her manager ********************* stating the rental difference and that the ************** agreement was not being honored. After several emails with **************, there has been no resolution of the issue. Initially ************** stated that she was planning to discuss the issue with her corporate contact. I ask her to forward her corporate contact information to me. To date I have yet to receive any corporate contact information or any attempts to resolve this issue. This is a brief overview of my issue and concerns associated with Lampworks Loft and Madison Financial Corporation. Thank you
