      We called the lockology locksmith in ******* for replacement of my *** key on 03/15/2022. The technician sent from the business came and had my car key made. I paid total of $400 with my credit card. The car would not start since the technician had left. We contacted the office and the technician demanding to fix the error or a refund. They have been played *** for a few more days, the technician originally said if the car cant start for the 1st hour, its syncing and normal. However after him playing busy and no show on his appointment with us to fix the error, and the office also refused giving me refund and hung up on me before hardly letting me talk. We felt everything the technician had told us and all the assurance he told us when asking me to pay him was a lie like planned fraud/scheme. Today both the technician and their office phone had stopped working. So theres no any way for us to reach them and then I ****** mapped their office address, its actually a *** store. And as Im trying to upload the receipt just now, we also realized that the business never emailed me any receipt either as promised.

      Hello to all,

       

      We received a call from *********************** for a locksmith service due to a lost key situation. We scheduled a service for Tuesday (3/15/22) morning / early afternoon.

      Prior to the completion of the job, our technician notified ***** of about 24 hours for the key initialization / syncing with the vehicle do get it to start permanently.

      ***** called us the following day around noon, complaining about the key not starting the vehicle. Unfortunately, our technician was in ************* and wasn't available to get to ***** immediately. We offered to come by later on that day but ***** refused and insisted on a refund.

      Throughout the issue, we communicate to ***** that we will try to resolve the key problem first by scheduling a callback. If that doesn't work we will see what else can be done to resolve it amicably. ***** insisted on a refund, refused to hear any other alternative solution and became abusive and started cursing everyone in the company from our tech to our office personal. He started harassing our tech via repeated phone calls and texts until we had no option besides to block his number.  

      At any point throughout the process, we were gladly happy to come back and check the issue to get it resolved for both parties satisfaction, but unfortunately were not given the opportunity to do so.

      I am rejecting this response because:The business is dishonest and been lying. We have screen shots of text messages with their technician showing that weve had good faith in waiting for him to come back and fix the error he made, however he obviously had been playing *** with us all week and wasted us all week with him plus the inconveniences and extra costs of being unable to use our car all week. We also have home recording of after their technician never shown up on the 3rd day morning appointment to get the error fixed, wasted our whole morning waiting for him. ***** called him, he kept saying h*** get back to us later. And then he never did. We called him again asking him when would he be able to meet us to fix the error, he suggested us to ask his office for a refund. When later we called his office, the guy in the office said they dont give refund. We also have home recordings of Friday (after wasted us a whole week and the pending transaction from their business charging $400 to my credit card has finally completed.) both of their phones are off. I called the office from another phone, I had been polite and 1st time talking with him. The guy at the office just wouldnt let me talk but kept repeating to me heres what they are going to do, they dont give refund and their technician would come back fix the problem. I tried telling him that his technician had asked us to ask the office for a refund. The moment I tried to say anything, the guy at the office just started to get angry and talking over me and then hung up on me as a emotionally very unstable person given me no opportunity to talk. I tried calling him the 2nd time, the office phone was already not working. Its all in our home recording because those phone calls were made from home waiting for them to get the error fixed. It all proves them lying and they never emailed me any receipts as promised either like a planned scheme.
