His number is ************, his site domain is Commercial And Industrial Appliance Repair | *******, **************** Area (oaklandapplianceservices.com), and his email is ********************** He comes and looks at it and diagnoses that it is running low on freon. 3/13 We pay Curtis ****** for the freon that he tells us is all we will need to fix the fridge.Curtis comes to fix the fridge; it appears to work fine 3/21 We pay Curtis $702 for labor The fridge is discovered to still not be working; it freezes over and ruins all the drinks inside Curtis comes in and diagnoses the fridges as needing temperature control units. 3/29 We pay Curtis $904.80 by check for 2 temperature control units which he assured us will fix the fridges. Multiple phone calls this month in which Curtis is asked about when the parts (temperature control units we paid $904.80 for) are coming. He makes various excuses including promising that theyll arrive soon and saying there are shipping delays. He obfuscates when asked what the part number is. He eventually admits he never ordered the parts in the first place and has been lying the whole time, however this is after many calls. 4/29 *** texts asking for the part number and specific description; receives no response. *** calls and Curtis promises full refund over the phone to be delivered on May 6th in person at Workstation. 5/6 No refund from Curtis despite promises to deliver today. 5/15 . Curtis is unwilling to provide this because despite taking the money, he has not ordered the parts. 5/23 *** calls Curtis, who eventually promises he will deliver a full refund in person on 5/28. 5/28 Curtis does not show up with refund, again, as promised. We are now down around $2000 dollars and Curtis has not fixed the fridges at all.
