      Purchased toybox 3D printer on 11/18/23 and it is not longer working after a few months. I have attempted to contact Toybox to have the unit replaced under the 6 month warranty but no response from seller. Terrible customer service.

      I purchased 3D printed for my boys for Christmas. The printer doesn't work. I emailed customer service and received no response. The warranty period is 6 months per the website. I would like a refund for this product.

      I ordered and was charged 352 dollars for a 3d printer on Dec 3 for my kids for Xmas. received confirmation and shipping. tracking number showed shipment would arrive Dec 13th never came. after tens of emails the company said they would send replacement. they now gave me a tracking number for **** which stated packed would arrive Dec 18th. it is not Dec 19th no lackage and according to the tracking number there has been no movement on it in 4 days. I've repeatedly asked for a refund or a call and all they can say via email is that they have high volume. I need a refund for this asap.

      We purchased this Toybox 3D printer from you on March 22, 2022. We have been having issues with the printer. It has stopped printing all together. We've tried reaching out to their customer service to no success. No response whatsoever.

      ToyBox ticket number = ***** (12/22/20)I purchased a ToyBox 3D printer and it stopped working. I continuously get an error. When I reach out to the company, I was told they don't have a phone number or phone line and I have to troubleshoot with a Tech back and forth via email. I was even asked to take the printer apart myself by unscrewing several screws. It is insulting that a company that provides a technical product does not have adequate technical support.

      I bought a printer from this company for almost $400 for my kids for the holiday a few years ago. Last year I tried reaching out to the company to see if they could help me figure out what is wrong with the printer why it will not print anymore. They told us to fill out a form to request a return label. We completed the form but never heard a word. Today, I reached out again to the company to see what happened. When I put in my information, it said my printer was already returned. I was confused, so I reached out to them via email and was told that the request had been rejected because the printer was no longer under warranty. I would have loved some kind of solution, maybe partner with a company that can fix their product so customers can have somewhere to send the product for repair when it breaks since they do not want to fix it. They offered me to send them back the printer and they would provide a $40 discount on a new one. I must be foolish to fall for such an offer.

      We purchased a toybox lab 3d printer for my son last Christmas. It has numerous defects and does not work anymore.No one from customer service gets back to us.There is no number to call and I have checked and they have numerous complaints against them.We fear they have closed down or are a fraudulent comp t taking people Money, including ours, and not producing a product that works.Wed like our item fixed or our money returned from them.Best regards,****

      On 11/28/21 I purchased a printer and a playpack subscription from this company. I received the printer no problem, but have never been able to access the playpack that I was ordered. I received the product in the mail but was never allowed to access online portion of the purchase. After reaching out and following their directions, I was still unable to access my purchase through their app or website. I was excited to be able to use this toy with my children, but after the short and unhelpful responses the only line of recourse I can figure out is via BBB with the hope that others don't have the same issues. I've since cancelled my subscription as they have charged me again and would be interested in renewing it if I'm able to get the refund and/or access to the original playpack that was purchased.

      We bought a Toybox from Toybox Labs www.make.toys. The product suffers from defective design. The spool that feeds the "food" into the device is defective and causes the device to not print properly and waste the food along with electricity and time. There are 100's of complains on their internal forum with no reply. They do not answer emails or phone calls or social media posts or DMs.
