I am a 66 year old disabeled woman and I lost my home of ***************************** ******** so I moved back to ********** on Sept 1, 2022 as this is where I am originally from. An organization called Home Strecth provided me with a 4, 000 voucher to purchase new furniture and I did so with Dimensional Outlet. However they delivered the furniture on Dec. 3, 2022 and immediately I noticed damages to the furniture and pointed them out to the driver. I called the store to report these damages and I was told I would have replacement furniture by Dec 10, 2022. This did not happen and they never called me. I went to the store this morning and was told I needed to speak with ***** who was not there. These people recieved 3, ****** for this furniture and it is damaged and unsuable this is also highly unaccetable can someone please help me!!!
