I parked in the parking garage on June 28, 2024 at approximately 11:54 AM and went and had lunch. Upon returning to my car I paid my parking bill and then shortly after I had an emergency bathroom even and went upstairs to use the facility. When I tried to leave the garage it wouldnt let me out and cars were behind me. Then the female parking attendant informed me that I would have to pay again in order to be let out. I was furious. That was ridiculous and I want my $1.50 back.

On March 27, 2023, my family and I parked in the Washington Street Garage with the trust and belief that Security was provided for our payment to this establishment. We attended a concert held in the same building structure (*****'s Restaurant) from 8pm to 9:45pm. Once we paid our $4.75, we proceeded to our luxury *** vehicle that was parked in the first stall after entry into the parking lot. We walked over to our vehicle, I attempted to unlock our vehicle using the Fob, it wasn't working. My wife noticed the center console open, I went to open the drivers door, and I notice the driver's door lock was punched out. I opened the door and noticed the ignition system was exposed and damaged and my key could not be inserted. All of the compartments had been rambled thru and many value items were stolen out. My luxury *** was totally disabled due to the destroyed ignition system caused by the perpatrators. We were devastated, we were stranded. We called AAA, they came and attempted to Tow our vehicle, unfortunately, they could not lift the *** (height restriction of garage). We looked for a Security person, non were around, no one in the booths, no Security around. i asked a custodial riding around in a golf cart, he directed me to an office, I spoke to a facility staff person, and he said "he could not help me" and to call a number to speak to a Security person. I called they said they will send a site Security person to my location. A Security person arrived, stated they could not help and they did not hear my alarm system which lasted a while since the battery was also dead now. We had to pay $360 cash to the Tow person to push our *** out of the garage and Tow our vehicle to our home. We tried to follow up with the facility ******************* (Supervior (******) and Dir of Security ***********************)) to request any assistance (specifics on security and safety measures CCTV video), we were denied assistance or any Help by both the supervisor and the Dir of Security.

Went to an event on 12/08/21 at Yoshis. Parked in this parking lot. It was fine up until it was time to leave. We paid at the entrance, was in a very delayed line to exit behind many cars. I existed the vehicle to see why the delay and noticed that each car was having an issue and taking about **** minutes to exit. One of the dual exits were closed off which would have also helped with smooth exiting.By the time we finally made it to the exit it had been about 45 minutes or more, and then we were charged another $1.25. It may not sound like much, but the business practices and the system design is very flawed. You cannot trap people in a garage when time to leave, to then make them pay additional fees.I found someone, explained to them, and asked for them to open the gate. They stated that we have to leave the garage within a certain time.Well we could not because of the entrapment and delays. We were not in a parking stall just sitting around. It makes me think that this is a tactic, to squeeze more funds out of patrons.Very disappointed and scandalous.
