I filed out an application for a loan on 5/31/22 and I was promised that I would receive $5000 in my account within **** hours. First they said the issue was that the servers were down, then after the servers were down, I was then promised that funds would be sent to my account on Monday June 5 at 10am EST. The money never came. Now they are saying that my account is on hold due to a low credit score, which was not explained to me at all in the beginning.Initial Complaint

This company was supposed to be giving me a $5,000 personal loan. ******************************* my loan officer told me they needed to make some small deposits anywhere from $100-$1000 to my bank account for the verification process because my credit score was low and I would then need to repay them. After they told me this they actually did reversals on my bank account for bills I had paid and then had me go get prepaid cards at ******* to pay them back. She then said they needed to do it again because my credit score was still a little bit too low. They then altered 2 of my paychecks and forged my signature which I didnt know until my work told me about it. She also advised me to go get some more prepaid cards to pay those back. I did everything they asked me to do but still couldnt issue me the loan because there was a hold on it because my credit score. She then said they could wire the funds to me by money gram but I would have to pay the $600 fee which I did with a ******* gift card. They still never issued me my loan because of a system error supposedly. I then told them I wanted a refund of all the money I sent them and to cancel my loan because I then knew I was being scammed. They scammed me for over $3200. I have all this on text messages between her and I and have all cards and receipts. She said her legal team was investigating the whole situation because something went very wrong during the verification process and she apologized and said she was very embarrassed by the whole thing. Now she has started to ignore all text messages and phone calls. They have caused me to be over $2000 negative in my bank account with more to come and caused numerous returned check and overdraft fees with more to come. They have ruined me financially. I only have one phone number for them so I am not able to call anyone else to try and get this resolved. The number I have is ************.
