            On Jan 31st/Feb 1st of 2022 I paid ElleVMH, who at the time went by ******* of ****, $783 for resin manufacturing for an original work of mine. I shipped my work off in March of 2022 for the work to be done under contract. ** November of 2022 someone from ******* of **** emailed me (the preferred communication method) telling me the work was done and that they would send tracking information soon for my product. It is now April of 2023, they have ignored all attempts to contact them via email or phone and have blocked me on their social media after they rebranded to ElleVMH. This is a fraudulently run business who refuses to either 1) Complete and send the work I paid for 2) Communicate what is going on at all 3) Refund me for failing to uphold their contract. They also still have my original work in their possession, and have refused to return it unless I pay them a ****** fee. I am not the only victim of this fake business, and I recommend everyone stay away. I wish for my original work to be returned to me and for a full refund for the $783 of work they did not deliver on.
