      UCRAYS has not answered their telephone for weeks. They put you on a (3) hour hold until you are disconnected and do not answer at all. This type of service is unacceptable and awful for retirees that are wanting for answers about their retirement that they are entitled to. They initially told me to turn in a "corrected form" so that I could retire on a certain date (January 3-4, 2023) (that which I did) in order to receive a "no lapse in pay" by February. To my dismay, there was no communication from this group indicating a status of my retirement and my check was not deposited into my account. I am going on the 4th month (March 4, to be exact will be 4 months). This is horrible and unacceptable that they do not take the time to update you regarding your entitled retirement money. At this point, I have not received a confirmation letter indicating that my medical, dental, savings, and retirement check is active and will be ready. Emails are similar, they get to them in (1-2) (Mostly 2) weeks, and they answer by cutting and pasting outdated information and mostly do not respond to direct questions. I need my retirement check and to take (4) months just to enter 20 minutes of information into a computer system is insanity. The university really should look into what this group. When you retire, especially from higher education, the service should be stellar. This group leaves you hanging with no answers. In addition, I am not working and have no idea when I will be receiving my retirement. This is a fine way to retire, I must say.

      I was made aware of survivorship benefits due to me from ****** was never paid out any benefits. The case has been open since November 2021. I fear that thmoney has been stolen by the ** Retirement Administration because they have not given the case any attention. Two letters from them stating that they have postponed paying me but have paid my brother who is also due money.

      2nd Attempt. Tempus fugit! I still have not received my ****-R Tax Form?! Tried to call - 200+ calls ahead of me. Tried to contact RAS online. Incorrect password and the only way to reset it is to call RAS - 200+ calls ahead of me. What is the problem? Where is my tax form? Who is responsible for sending it to me? Who is responsible for not sending? Who is responsible for the inefficiency? Where is my tax form?Thank you, BBB *****

      I have been trying to get my Tax form ****-R for more than a month. I sent a letter of request early in February, knowing that the forms had been sent out. No reply. I have tried to call and been told that 250+ calls are ahead of mine. I sent another letter, certified, on March 3. No reply. My taxes would normally have been done by now, 4-5 weeks ago. Please help me with this complaint before the tax deadline next month. Thank you.

      I retired in Dec. 31, 2021. I have not received my first check. I have been trying to contact UC Retirement system- and they do not answer their calls. Staying on hold for 1-2-3 and FOUR HOURS is not acceptable. They have an ongoing message directing people to go to the website; they do not answer their calls; they respond to electronic messages by directing people to call them; they do not clearly or specifically answer questions posed in electronic from. they give conflicting and confusing information. They provide no help. I wrote to them I am trying to contact them and please to call me back and Additional Information About You (optional)provide my number; they respond back by telling me if I have any questions to call their 800 number.I am frustrated. I asked them to call repeatedly, they did not. I ask them to escalate my issue, but there is not resolutions. I am on hold for. As of now 2/22/22 I have been on hold for four hours, 9 minutes and counting ... I can provide evidence of that. There is no way that they are that busy every day of the week. and if they were, they needed to look at a solution for that.When I filed in October/November of last year, no one told me about what to do, or what the next step was. I need my retirement check. I am not sure how to reach them to talk to someone or what to do.Thank you so much for your help.Respectfully,*******************
