      I had a roof leak and called Ramos. I was not home and asked Ramos to look at the roof and see if he could fix it. He went on the roof and said he could fix it for $1800 and he needed the money to buy materials the next day to fix the roof. It was raining a lot during the time. I think it's not legal for contractors for charge more than 10% upfront. But, water was pouring into my house, so I did. Then, Ramos took a couple days to get around to fixing the roof. He did not fix it next day. I kept calling and texting and not getting a response. 2-3 days later, he finally returned a text and said they fixed the roof. I still wasn't home. Ramos never sent a picture of the work or said what was done. A few months later, I went on the roof and found the repair. It was where there was a sort of chimney for a old heater exhaust. I had cut it off at an angle and put comp shingle roofing to seal it off. The area is approximately 2' x 3'. After several years, my poor flashing job started leaking. Ramos pulled off the comp shingle and the 2' x 3' piece of plywood and replaced the wood and did a cap sheet. I'm certain that the roofing sheet they used is a base layer and is not supposed to be exposed to sunlight. It has not UV protection. So, they stopped the leak but with substandard work. I called Ramos and expressed discontent with the quality of the work and especially with the price he charged to do it. He refused to come over and finish the job, which would be to put a top sheet on or paint it or something. To make matters worse, I live across the street from Ramos. We are neighbors. He still wouldn't do it. Anyway, I think he should refund at least half of what I paid. There is no way the work performed took more than 1 hour. Even in a rainy emergency situation, his non code compliant work isn't worth half of what I paid. Ramos should have better communication and send pictures of what work was done.

      This Ramos roofing I already called this person but he doesnt answer also O figure out and he is my neighbor and yes we did a repair for him and we finished the job I remember he was upset about the price when we finished because he was thinking I charged him a lot for a repair but when I give a price to anybody they the right to refuse and look for another price he was not obligated to give me the job but he said ok and we did it and fixed the problem because he never called me  back saying the problem still existing we resolved the problem I will look for the invoice and I will send it to you we are clear in the in voice that the repair is done but any way he does not answer I sent some message and I texted him but nothing so let me know what we have to do thanks

      We engaged with this business "Ramos Roofing Group" to perform roof repairs on our residence to address a leak causing water to enter our master bedroom near the chimney braces. They inspected the area prior to beginning work, indicated they identified the source of the leak and repairs needed to correct it, and performed repair work on 2022-10-18. Within 2 weeks there was a heavy storm, and the same leak into our home occurred again. We contacted the business on 2022-11-08 to report the issue, and they re-inspected the area, and determined that the area they applied repairs to was not the area that was leaking. Further, they said that the effort to repair the leaking area would be additional cost. We refused to pay more for these repairs and requested they contact us to discuss how to move forward with resolving this, but have received no further communication from the business. We've since engaged with another business to provide repairs on 2022-12-19 to prevent further water damage to our home.
