    Dutch is advertising as an online vet service. You get a video call with a vet. I paid for an annual membership and booked an appointment expecting a vet. What a got was a sarcastic person that did nothing but waste my time. Basically he told me to go to the vet but that my cat was also old and other cats and dogs may be more deserving of the vets time. I thought I was confused and said what should we do now. He said we can go outside, smell the fresh air, etc.

    i have had multiple issues and let them know. they said i didn't continue to follow up i did. I had a video visit on monday with my *******. She has an eye infection. I paid $25 to expedite bc when I did the transfer it took days on end. I get an email last night saying expect delivery next monday. I am trying to get my dogs medicine and want a refund on my subscription. It has been terrible. If i could leave zero stars I would
