      On 08/13/2022 I paid $1,595 for a web design service and was promised a website with a customer logon portal to receive secure emails from my customers. As soon as I signed up with this company it was one delay after another and then they only seemed interested in pushing me to add more services. It was constant phone calls to try to get me to add services when all that I wanted was what I had already paid for. When I said that I was not going to purchase anything else from their company the web designer dropped communication and I never received my website that I paid for. I want a refund at this point as I am going with a more reputable company for the web design.

      I signed with prime design agency, a web development company, on 3/22/22 for $2450 to build a 20-page HTML website. The project manager ***************** started to suggest I needed to invest more money if I wanted them to do the changes I asked. I repeatedly said by phone and emails that I dont want to invest more money! After that, **** started not communicating with me as often as before, and nothing happened with the site for a while. I began to get nervous and asked **** to give me the files or upload them to my server so I could have more control, but he ignored me and said he could not do that with no reasonable explanation. Then **** told me that for him to finish the website, he needed to put it on a server, I told him I had a server, but he said it wasnt a good one; I needed a private server and suggested I buy from him. I declined his offer. **** said if I purchased the server from another company, I would have to pay $999 for migration.I had no choice, so I bought the server from 3rd party for his specifications and paid for the migration. Before I purchased the server, I asked **** how long it would take to migrate the website, and he replied 48 hours. After a week, my website wasnt transferred. Now, **** disappeared and never answered my calls or emails. After a week, ***** called to continue working on the site. For two weeks, they did an excellent job of changing the things that needed to be done. At this point, ***** asked me to give a good review on the internet; I didnt want to, but I was afraid they wouldnt finish the website, so I did. After a week, I asked ***** when will the site be finished. He said this week, but nothing happened. On the 8.1. 22 I asked again when will it be done. He said that day and asked if I had a server and hosting plan, and he would give me a great discount. I said I dont need it. At this point, he disappeared. He doesnt answer emails or phones. The status now is that I dont have a website, and I lost $3499

      I hired Prime Design Agency to complete a website and launch it The initial payment was $450 charged under Big Foot Applications on 3/31/2022 and charged fully upfront. The second charge for $155 under Dezin Support 6/9/2022 which was additional outside of the contract. Project was promised to be completed in 2-3 weeks from initial payment. Started April 1st and after many delays of them being unresponsive, refusing to complete tasks or asking for more money to do what was already agreed upon and paid for, they finally delivered the website on July 8, 2022 (over 3 month delay). During the entire process I have asked repeatedly for a refund which they have a 100% money back and satisfaction guaranteed, but was never honored. They continued to delay, push the project down the road or ask for more charges in order to complete and refuse to provide a refund. They finally sent me a completed version of the website which was non functional with many errors and design fails like non working links/buttons, poor layouts/design, no mobile responsiveness as agreed uponetc. Halfway through the project in May they gave me an option to either use an outside hosting server or go through them and offered me various packages, which I denied due to their poor customer services thus far. As soon as I declined their hosting and maintenance package and told them I will be using BlueHost for web hosting, they have delayed my project by another month and refused to upload it to any server - basically holding it hostage until I sign up with their hosting services. After fighting, arguing and threatening to report them to the BBB, they agreed to upload the site to bluehost and did so June 10, 2022 but with many non functioning and problematic issues. I asked for these issues to be fixed but they refused and said they consider the project complete although clearly not per the contract. they refused to finish it and changed my access to the backend which I own and paid for fully.

      After detailed conversations with a representative at Prime Design, ******* took my order and I paid online for a website design. I purchased the business option at $2,495.00. ******* explained I need to talk to ****, the owner, to go over my order. All **** was interested in was getting me to pay another $2,495.00 because he claimed I now needed more. I immediately checked online with the BBB as it's the most reliable, and I saw 7 complaints, all similar in nature. Complaints were similar in nature and they weren't giving back refunds, just stall tactics. I called Prime Design and left message informing them I cancelled. Sent texts and emails. I contacted my bank and they issued a temporary credit and still no resolution after 2 months. Received very threatening responses from the owner, all documented. Never received any work done from this company and cancelled immediately.

      I hired this company to build my website. It took over 2 years to go live. The day it could go "live" they hit me with charges not mentioned earlier. I had been told my payment was all inclusive. In return my **** ******************* put up and maintain Instagram and ******** for my company. I had no choice but to pay the extra money. I needed website. I have emails and texts as proof. On May 4 ******************* called; told me my logo was in question. His team created the logo for me. He wanted me to send him invoices, etc. He demanded immediately recall of details that happened over 2 years. I have taken time to recall the facts which are in this complaint. i said look up what you're asking me. He got angry, said they didn't have bookkeeping, going through finance was too much trouble, ****** unavailable and files encrypted. He shouted that my story was changing when in fact I didn't know the terminology. Connor is a belligerent bully trying to intimidate me. I commented on their ********. They censored the post and based solely on the fact I stood up to him he cancelled my website. He got even more angry when I said I would only communicate with him in writing. I asked to talk to a supervisor. He said no one was above him. I asked for a copy of my contract. He said there is no written copy (verbal is legal in *****). He took down my website because of his temper tantrum instead of any contractual violation on my part (his texts reflect this). The fact that my website was up proves I paid everything in full. There is much, much more I can present with more space. The screenshots are a tiny sample. I have email threads. Again, no contractual violation on my part (provable) he took down my website with no reimbursement, costing me money, damaging my reputation and my company. They are in breach of contract. I want my logo and website. The evidence of his chauvinistic bullying of a senior citizen is overwhelming. I can supply details, emails, texts with more space.

      I acquired Prime Design Agency for web design services starting 6 Aug 2021. I filled out a lengthy brief detailing service they would provide including logo and web design services and have been notifying them since 29 October 2021 that the website is incomplete (example: still having stock photos). The company escalated costs, held my website hostage, emailed, called, and texted dozens of times a day when asking for more money, and recently sent what appears to be a fraudulent letter from ****** in a scare tactic to get me to spend more money to make the unfinished website ADA ********** In November 2020, the company handed me the login information so I could take over the website and bring it to completion, a task I paid them for in full. I asked themt o deactivate my website and provide me domain ownership, which they said was in the original cost, and they are now asking me for even more money.       I began the process of trying to make a website with Prime Design and within the very first hour, my salesman was upselling me t0 $1,500. He was telling me that I should ask anyone I know for this money. I cancelled THAT DAY and asked for a refund. Till this very moment they are dragging me ***** one fake department to the next. They need to be stopped from doing "business."

      I'm a board member from our HOA, our management company hired Prime Design Agency, they forwarded paperwork and a contract. They said the cost for a website was $695.00 but discounted it to $600.00. The contract states overall turn around time for this project will be 25 business days only. Payment 100% up front. and "We offer 100% money back guarantee in any case of dissatisfaction from services, quality or timeline. After a couple months they did not deliver and they came back to say it will be an additional $400.00 to launch the site. our ****************** unbeknown of the ***** of ********* paid an additional $200.00 and they still did not launch the site. We came back a week or so later and said nope we are canceling this contract and want a refund of $800.00. After contacting this company no less than 10 times asking for a refund. I did a not so friendly review on Trust Pilot site and they called us almost immediately. They asked us to remove the bad review and they will refund us! ( We have this on a recorded call, they also said they would inflict bodily harm) after a week of waiting for the money to be returned we called today 2-4-2022 they said they will not do a refund. So I refiled my bad review on Trust Pilot and now on BBB and I'm filing a complaint to see if you all can help get our refund.

      I paid Prime Design Agency, $2850.00 to design me a website. They have been extremely misleading, and keep telling me they need more money. My understanding on the first initial call Prime explained to me it would only be a certain cost, and that wasn't the case at all, every week they would have another employee calling me to try to upsell me. I told them several times to please have my e-commerce website done, and they failed to do so. They also explained to me that they fired the employee on my project as well as others. I believe this company is very shady. I googled reviews and other people have said the same. They are refusing to refund me my money. They will not return any of my phone calls, and everyday I call Prime, they put someone new on the phone to talk to me. I have spoken with at least 7 different employees on this matter and have gotten no where. Not one phone call back. I am a hard working American who was a Paramedic for 7 years saving the lives of many. I do not deserve such disrespect more does any other person. I should not have to tolerate such a behavior from what is supposed to be a professional company. I have a baby boy coming into this world on the 7th of January, 2022. I simply cannot afford to lose this money. I am asking you for your support from one American to another please help me.
