My mother had placed an order with the Official ******************************* online store (run by sparkart) on 11/23/22 because of a Black Friday sale they were having on her concert merchandise. She placed the order with the correct billing, shipping and payment information and received a confirmation email and order number. A few days later when she went looking for the shipping information she notice that the order was canceled but only because she looked up the order number status. She was never notified that the order was cancelled. My mother and I have been back and forth for over a month and a half now with there customer service trying to get the items reordered at the sale price she originally purchased them at since they have not explanations as to why here order was canceled in the first place. The issue still has not been resolved and I wanted to notify you because this situation seems like a scam to get customers to pay full price for there items and not honor their advertised sale prices. In the messages back and for between myself and the customer service email I have asked to speak with a manager and even provide my phone number to be contacted. I have only received generic robot automated messages and nothing actually addresses the issue. They just keep replying to reorder on the website and notify them if there are any problems. There is no phone number listed to call and speak with a person only an email. I am hoping that you will be able to help us resolve this issue and make sure that this situation doesnt happen to any other customers.Initial Complaint

8-16-22 We purchased two VIP tickets that included two $75 vouchers for merchandise at the online store. We never recieved and email with those vouchers. I have emailed and contacted the saler over the last few months and have been patient but they have not given a repsonse to a resolution. We are owed either a refund or the two vouchers that were never given. I have an email that acknowledges that we should have recieved the vouchers but we have not. Without a repsonse from the saler I have no other option than to contact the BBB.
