      I had a limb break my windshield and took it in to pay out of pocket to Glass pro which now changed name to Glass Now in same building.My issue they installed a windshield for a cheaper price which I was happy,and loved the warranty of defected Glass as I was requoted by the company and later home office that yes it'd defected.However Glass was fine until a 1/2 dollar bill size chunk came out the windshield with the factory intall metal tab that mirror attached too and all fell on dash,which is now a safety issue b/c I can't attach a rearview mirror back on to see traffic behind me ,,I called 1st home office that told me yes def that's a warranty defective item and ask me to take it back to the store to set appt for free replacement, however I do and lady at the time the *** said yes I have ur paperwork and we will order u a new replacement,I go back time I'm told and bam the changed the name and fired the previous lady and new lady *** was basically accusing me of my factory mirror too heavy ? And I used the wrong glue to install the mirror and changed her story when I told her ,it came already installed on the windshield from factory. Yes it's very strong commercial grade glue they use ,however it's so strong it took the glass and the metal table still attached, she looked at it and said I can't reinstall that which I wouldn't want because of the gaping hole it left ,but now as it was ordered supposedly she now actually told me my own name back to me and said no we don't have a ****** in our computer and they we new company and all the files got erased, and at the time I already gave the *** my copy of my receipt and it was supposed to been order.im very afraid can't see what's behind me or to backup my vehicle. The Glass was awesome as I remember correctly and installed .I just want to continue my safety of me and my family while we travel with the proper factory items like my rearview mirror .it was on when it came in.im sorry for the Glass manufacturer defect

      In December I called auto glass now to have a windshield installed in my 2002 **** Mustang the installer did not reattach the a pillar properly he only put one bolt in the top and not reattach the bottom to the car and the first time the car was driven the a pillar came up in the air came back down broke the windshield then broke in half and came down the side of the car and damaged the fender I called immediately and have been calling since December I cannot use the car because the car cannot be inspected they refused to come out and fix the windshield they had somebody come out and look at the car admitted that it was their fault the regional manager claimed that they were going to fix it with junkyard parts but they had to find them the right color because they didnt want to paint the whole car this is going on five months they were paid to do a job it wasnt done properly my car is damaged I cant use it Ive had to pay for rides to and from work borrow cars this is getting ridiculous please help

      My car, Audi Q5, went for a windshield replacement on Dec 23, 2023 to Auto Glass Now.Once I received the car back I found they a) broke my Audi spoiler with hot glue all over the car, b) put the wrong glass make that missed heating cord, and c) left glass shards and steel clips in the tailgate. They accepted the deficiency in service and said it was on back of poor workmanship by the worker and asked me to come back another day for spoiler installation.In January, *****, the front office manager asked me to come back to the shop after me following up on a daily basis, and this time they installed another spoiler that with paint boils, and paint overruns. They also managed to break the tailgate cover in trying to fix the spoiler.All these visits were me sitting in the shop for hours at length with a clueless crew of employees unable to connect me to their regional manager in spite of my insistence.This poor and unprofessional service had led my car to depreciate in value with a poor quality glass, broken tailgate cover, and aftermarket spoiler that has paint overruns. Im not provided any compensation, path to escalation, or professional service assistance leaving me with no option but to file this BBB complaint of explore my legal route after.

      Went to them on 1/24/23 to get my rear window fixed. They put the window in and I picked it up the next day, 1/25/23and paid for it and Geico paid their portion also. It was raining and you could not tell the window was blurry. The next day I was driving and could not see out the window because it was so blurry. Took the car back on 1/28/23 to get replaced and it was still blurry. Went back on 2/4/23 and the gut ***** took me in the back to look at the window before he put it in and it was still blurry. ***** said it was distorted. In between going back and forth getting this glass replaced I spoke to the Manager ******** that works at the ********** office and she states she would order one from the Chevrolet dealer because they were a vendor from ************** to get the rear window. Called ******** and left messages but no return call. Went back to Auto Glass Now and the other ******** at the front desk called the manager ******** and could not get her so she ordered the glass from right in front of me from ******* Chevrolet. She said they said it would be 2-3 weeks before the glass would come back. ******** that ordered the glass no longer works there. Someone named ***** is there in her place now. A man called me on 4/5/23 to see if I had called the dealer to check on the glass and I told him no because that was there job because they ordered it. I called Corporate for weeks and could not get anybody on the phone. Called the manager ******** no response. Called ***** today 5/10/23 and she took my number again and said that she would have ******** give me a call. These people have my money and *****'s money and I still have a blurry rear window. I don't money from these people I want a new, clear window that me and ***** paid for. It is now May and should not be taking this long and I should not be getting the run a around by these people. I have my receipt and no clear window.

      On Feb 4, 2022, I contacted this company to have a windshield replaced. This should have been a same-day appointment for repair. The technician came out, removed the windshield prior to determining whether he had the correct equipment to accomplish the repair. Once he realized that he did not have the correct windshield he left the vehicle without a windshield until he could acquire the proper windshield on 7 Feb 24. The repair shop notified me that technician had left; however, they agreed to secure my son's car in their garage to prevent weather or vandal damage due to the lack of a windshield. Due to the negligence of the technician, the car was unable to be driveable until after the repair was complete. My son was unable to go to work for 3 days costing him ***** x 24 = ******. I contacted the company and explained the situation and requested some sort of compensation to make up for the lost funds due to their negligence. I was told they were unwilling to do anything because I had already paid for the service. I would like a refund or to be reimbursed for the lost pay due to their negligence.

      I would like to apologize to our customer for the inconvenience. After speaking with our store manager and technician, due to this being a mobile job on a Friday, AutoGlassNow is limited glass availability with our vendors. AutoGlassNow was not able to get a new glass until Monday, the 7th. Once we were able to get the new windshield, our technicians was able to go and complete the customers installation. I do apologize again for the wait. AutoGlassNow would like to offer a free chip repair to be used whenever customer may need.

      After hearing **************** may have a leak in his windshield, I contacted him on 2/10/2022 on the number he provided. I left him a voicemail to bring his vehicle in so AGN Glass can do a leak test. **************** windshield is under warranty so this would be at no cost to him. As of today, 2/16/2022,  I have not gotten a call back from ****************. I encourage **************** to bring his vehicle into our *******, ** location and allow AGN Glass to run a leak test and remedy the situation. When the installation was originally done, **************** vehicle was already in ********************** **************** for other repairs. Unfortunately AGN Glass is not responsible for customers loss earnings. We still encourage **************** to contact AGN Glass or bring his vehicle in to prevent any damage.

      I am rejecting this response because: I returned to ***************** and was told that a leak test was conducted with no results.  The very next time it rained I detected the leak had not been resolved.  I would like a refund so that I can go to another window company that can ensure my windshield is installed properly.  I no longer have confidence that this company will resolve this issue.
