I went to this business to get an audio system installed. I told the guys there from the start I wanted my car system to be the loudest it could be to not worry about price but to please put the best they had and to do the wiring and everything else strong enough so my system wont blow out. They charged $3,300 on December 23/2023 3 weeks later my system blew out I called they said if I had my system to loud and I said yes thats the first thing I said I said I wanted in my car. They told me to bring it in to fix it. They did but now its a couple weeks later and my system is out again. I called the shop and they said they can fix. Before I went I went to another shop to get it looked at bc North county window tinting wasnt telling me anything. Other than they will fix it. The other audio store told me my car is a complete mess and its so messed up that they wouldnt even touch my car from the damages they did. I got to north county window tinting and told them I want my money back they told me that they would give me the owner ***** number I have tried reaching him through calls and text messages and he will not respond to me. This shop from what I know has been doing such horrible job and taking peoples money with out any consequences. I would really want my money back it is way to much to loose for nothing. I dont know how much more Im going to have to pay to all the damages that they left to my car. The did a hole on the inside of my hood. And when I told the employee he said you shouldnt worry of water going in your car by the looks of it you dont even wash your car. That hole would be bad if you washed your car every weekend
