      Good morning, my problem is that they I made contact with the company about a discrepancy in my order before the order was shipped and they refused to help they said the order was already processed and shipped when it was not true *** didn't pick up the package until the next day. I asked for assistance since it is a clothing product purchased online with no way to try it on before purchase. They simply gave me the run around and I feel like I was scammed out of ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* lol you get is a pre recorded message and a "customer support ' that doesn't support the customer. Hopefully you can help with these thieves.

      I ordered a package NOV 30. A Brixton ******** wildland hoodie, in which proceeds went to supporting wildland firefighters. Not only have I not received any sort of shipping information since but I have reached out numerous times to the companys customer support. I called everyday at the opening hours of their support line for a week and every time was told there was a 3 minute wait. The call would just end with a please leave a voicemail after around 10 minutes. No one answered. I have sent multiple emails reaching out to said company with an auto generated reply and after a week still no response. My order which was almost a $100 for one item has not been shipped. I fully believe Brixton charges people in hopes of them never attempting to reach out or put up a fight and keep the money practically stealing/robbing the customers. Their customer service is non existent in hopes to leave said customer confused with no options. All I want is my package. Not only has Brixton defrauded me but also the wildland fire fighters that they are supposedly helping and probably just using as a tax write off with no intention of providing any support of revenue aid.

      I placed an order for 3 hats from brixton, all the same size. The norfolk fedora they sent is smaller than the other two and smaller than the stated size on the website, it also arrived with the brim severely misshapen. I have contacted customer service several times to try and figure out a reasonable solution to these issues but they have been unresponsive. order number: S100442000 I do like the hat, however what they shipped me isn't wearable in its current condition. It will need to be slightly stretched and the brim reshaped, which will effectively cost me as much if not more than the hat itself. That being said I would pay out of pocket at my own expense if they would refund the purchase price, alternatively they could send me a replacement and i'd be happy to send the misshapen hat back, my fear though is that the new hat would arrive the same condition, and we would be back to needing it to be reshaped costing me more time and money. It's been almost a month since I have first reached out, I have not gotten any response.

      I ordered two items (hats) from Brixton and they sent one that was the wrong color and size and a hat brush I did not order. I have attempted to call them but they do not answer but instead ask for a voice message which I have given but they do not return the call, I have emailed them twice but they sent an automated reply promising to deal with the matter but do not. The order number is S100451602 and the cost is $ ***** USD. I want them to refund me and to send a packing slip with postage paid so that I can return the items they incorrectly sent me, It has been 6 days since I first contacted them Thank You,***********************

      On 9/12/22 I ordered two items from Brixton online for $229.94 ***. It was Order S100423387. They didnt fit so I contacted them to get a return label on 9/21/22. I had to outreach again 10/2/22 because I had not received it. On 10/3/22 I received a reply from ******************* with the return label. I sent back my items a couple days later with the return label, following all the return instructions. I havent heard anything from them since despite sending a follow up email on 10/24, and calling. I left voicemails over the past month with all pertinent information but did not receive a response. I sent another email 11/29 to let them know I would be contact BBB if I didnt hear from them and I did not hear. If it helps, my request # on the email thread is ******. I just want a refund. I am really disappointed because I love Brixton and would like to shop there again, but am feeling disheartened at the lack of customer service.

      I purchased something. Returned it right away it's been 5 weeks no one will return my phone calls or emails I cannot get an update on my return or anything. When I call the store all they do is tell me to call the number that I have been calling. I just want my money back

      I ordered an item from the merchant and it was the wrong size. I tried through the available options to address the issue but no one answers the phone and the call is auto ended. No one responds to email inquiries and when I returned the item I got no response from the merchant. I have included an image of the return tracking, the original order and the receipt for the return.       Order # S100358116 Returned 2 items on DEC 11,2021 1 ******* Beta Zip Hood Jacket - Black - L 1 ******* Beta Zip Hood Jacket - Black - XL Returned at the ********* store due to no return label and return form. Sent multiple emails asking for my refund and no response. My items may have been stolen by an employee or the items lost in transit from Brixton ********* store to Brixton warehouse. It will be a month on 1/11 and as of now NO refund for my items and no communication.

      I ordered 4 items from Brixton on 11/27/21 Order# S100356698 tracking# 1ZX541610374524972 It was scheduled for delivery on 11/15/21 and I never received my order. I reached out multiple times via email on their customer service and did not received and answer back. I DM Brixton on their Instagram page and they told me it was out of their hands and I would have to go through **** I did that and filed a claim. My claim was approved and was Instructed by *** to reach out to my sender for my money back or a response about my order and claim. I have gotten zero response from Brixton and they just stole $131.38 out of my pocket and I was out 4 Christmas presets this year. This is unacceptable times are tough for everyone and I didnt have any that money to just throw away.

      On 12/19/21, I placed an order (order# S100368038) on www.brixton.com. Their website advertised that orders placed qualified for 2-day free shipping and would arrive before Christmas. My order did not arrive in 2 days. I have made several telephone calls to Brixtons *************************** at **************** with no success at getting in contact with anyone. I have also sent an email. I have not received a call back or response from anyone at Brixton. Today, I decided look on their social media (Instagram) page and read multiple comments from other customers experiencing the same issue I am.
