      This company charged my account $39.90 for four months, for a total of $159.60. I get a check from the government, and they would charge me before I had the funds available. And it was on a card that I no longer have, I reported it stolen three years ago. When I called them, they could not find my information. But they were still taking funds from the account. I called Direct Express (where I get my funds from), they said they were somehow able to get the new information through the old card. They sent a check, but the check did not clear.

      ************ did indeed order from us, agreeing to our terms and condition, including the price of our program and how much she would be charged and how frequently (which is unavoidable since it is literally on every page of our site). After using our program, ************ contacted us in late July 2021 asking for a refund. As we discussed with her on the phone (and she agreed to) we refunded her for 3 months for $119.70 on July 30, 2021. Now ************ is requesting a duplication of that refund. Since the money has been refunded before she contacted the BBB, her stated desired settlement "refund" has already been met.
