    FULL SERV FLORAL DESIGN+EVENT STYLING The arrangements on our wedding day didnt look anything close to what ****** presented at the mock up. ************ team seemed rushed on the day of our wedding & the end product showed it. My coordinator tried calling ****** during cocktail hour to figure out why 7 of the tables had absolutely NO ************* was nowhere to be found. I was informed BDH left such a mess setting up/tearing down-that the entire housekeeping team had to be called to help clean.Items that BDH did NOT fulfill: Illusion Arch-in the contract we asked for symmetrical arches, close & curved, but not touching; we were given pillars. We had a very detailed discussion on what our expectations were, even included pictures/sketches. There appeared to be dried stems of flowers/leaves that had to be removed. I made it very clear from day 1 that I ABSOLUTELY DIDNT want any carnations in any of my installations; of course, there were carnations.7 Vignette gatherings at guest tables. Where was the collection of glassware & floral vases? This was the BIGGEST ******************************* It looked NOTHING like the mock up!6 Elevated centerpieces-which were also used to line the aisle for the ceremony; were very sparse, barely any flowers, all greenery. Her excuse was that she needed more time post-ceremony to rearrange Charger plates-Contracted for 130 chargers, we were short 7 plates ****** card display-missing an entire shelf of bud vases & used wilted flowers After the wedding, I had asked my coordinator to speak w/Breesa about what happened. ****** refused to speak to my coordinator. When I emailed her my list of complaints & asked for an explanation, I was only given *************** on everyone else but herself/her team. I did ask for a partial refund since the service we paid for were not delivered in full-and was met with a resounding NO. ************ team at BDH are true artists; however, the business, timing & accountability needs improvement.
