************************** is spiteful that we fired him as a customer. His company has already been censured by *** in the past. Per his own whistleblower employee, "he routinely stiffs contractors for work he hires them to do, then over charges his customers". The truth is, the owner of the property we worked on, his own customer, asked us to proceed with litigation against ******************* *************************** for his shady dealings. ***** hired 3fficient after seeing work we did on his mothers house. He then had us perform various repairs on a customer's site over several months and texted his appreciation for the work performed. He then asked us to install a pony wall and closet. When pressed for his design and material preferences, he finally provided a sketch with dimensions that we built, but had to re-work it because it did not fit well. Then, he didn't want to pay for his own poor direction and incompetency. Now he is upset because we sent his case to collections and that process revealed the truth. According to his own staff and customers, "he mismanages jobs, over bills customers and stiffs contractors for their work. This is probably the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Note: Our business status, licensed and bonded, was clearly shown in his own contract documents during on boarding, prior to any work starting. ***** has never inspected our business or assets or the vehicles and many, many tools we own.

His is incompetent. His statement imagination of the facts. Call me for more information. ************
