      I leased a 2021 Infiniti QX50 from Mossy in Oceanside. I purchased a prepaid maintenance agreement to cover oil changes for the life of the lease/included mileage. The dealership is not honoring the contract I paid for even after multiple attempts to resolve with the dealership.

      I purchased a Nissan Rouge on 12/28/21 from Nissan Oceanside and I purchased the vehicle brand new with 0 miles on the vehicle. The vehicle is now 10 months old and the pain is starting to come off so I took it to the Nissan dealership where I purchase the car and got advice that it might be a finance question. When I spoke to someone from finance they automatically said this needs to go to service, I got to the service department and they said the paint damage is environmental sorry we cannot help you. I reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs and they refer me back to that same Nissan dealership I went to. I called Nissan consumer again and they refer me back to Nissan and then Nissan refer me to a collision place that refer me back to Nissan. Nissan consumer Affairs said someone from the dealership will call me to tell me on how to get this fixed but once I spoke to someone named ***** from the service department said sorry we cannot help you.

      We have been in touch with this client and after reviewing the paint on the vehicle it has been determined by Nissan and our staff that this was from "bird droppings and was not covered under warranty. We did have out internal painter give a quote to the client to repair the damaged pain and client refused.

      Last week I made a $1,000 down payment to hold a vehicle. I recurved outside financing and was told it's fine we can do an option contact. I drive from our of state which they knew the whole time. Upon arrival they don't accept outside financing and we're trying to force feed me their financing. They had plenty time to notify me about outside financing prior to me driving 6 hours to their location.

      I wanted to file a complaint against Mossy Nissan Oceanside located at *****************************************************************. I had called the dealership about a vehicle, a 2022 Nissan Versa SR, that was in transit. We coordinated over the phone about my payment plan and all of the details. I was then asked if I would be able to pay my down payment ahead of time to reserve the vehicle. I agreed and was told my name would be placed next to the vehicle marking it as sold to me. I was then told it would arrive on June 16th. On June 16th, I had to contact the car salesman who helped me to ask if the vehicle had arrived. He then told me it had not but a delivery would arriver tomorrow on the 17th. On June 17th I again contacted the car salesman to ask if the vehicle arrived but was told the truck did not show up and the vehicle was to arrive early next week. On Monday June 20th I messaged the car salesman and he told me that the vehicles was to arrive the next day on Tuesday June 21st and he could deliver it to me at work since I live and work almost an hour away. On Tuesday June 21st I texted the car salesman a few times with no response. I was then called from the dealership number but was unable to pick up because I was busy at work. I then tried to call back two times but to no avail. I texted the car salesman again and was told to call a manager. I tried but got no answer. At 6:30 PM I received a call from the general manager of Mossy Nissan Oceanside, *******, and was informed that they had sold the vehicle I bought and reserved. I was then asked if I would not mind waiting and getting the same model vehicle but in a different color and with an added package. I asked if they could cover the cost of the package and was told they would not. This was a horrible experience and was not offered any condolences for the inconvenience they made to me.

      Not sure what further help we can assist this client with. The incident happened months ago, and I reached out to her with the solution that we were able to offer her. She politely declined and asked us not to contact her anymore.
