I made an online order directly from The Osiris Shoes online store and was charged $94.68 to my account on June *******. I received a confirmation email from Osiris on the same date. Then on June 23,2023 I received another email stating that my order has been shipped. When I go to check the status of my order on a phone application provided by Osiris Shoes themselves, it tells me I will receive it on June 23,2023. But when I called Fed Ex directly, they said they have not received any package from Osiris. Also checked on the Fed Ex website and it said the same thing. But according to Osiris, they were shipped. Tried contacting the Operations Assistant *************************** plenty of times but only got his voicemail. Id like to resolve this issue and just get the product I paid for. But I am not the only one that has had this issue. There is plenty of reviews online about how they dont send orders and keep the money. Or send the wrong item and keep the money. Justice must be served to Osiris, because apparently Im not the only one having issues.
