      Ordered a pair of shoes and needed to return them and they say to contact there customer service for return. Emailed the only email address they give 4 times and to this day have not received any response from them. I only needed to exchange for a different pair but to no avail.

Cost was $136.95 The sellers website states the following refund policy:RETURNS We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, please contact us.Our return policy is as follows:- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days from the delivery date for ** orders.- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.- Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.- Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box.- All items purchased during a promotional period are final sale.We does not provide return shipping labels.
