To whom it may concern-Im filing a complaint against Transformed Design Inc. regards to false advertising and the information that was given to us verbally by *********************** to build our dating website. We never signed a contract one wasnt provided, and he will not refund us the amount $2,000. We want to rectify getting our money back. See below the email that I sent to **************** regarding his lack of service.Good afternoon-*****-First and foremost, did you read the email? The only thing you truly responded to was the REFUND aspect, and thats VERY alarming, it seems to us thats all YOU really care about is getting PAID. I mentioned in the email we had two web *************************************** that went through the website process AND found several things wrong with our WEBSITE. I have listed them again: 1. Our payment gateway is not fully set-up. 2. WP Dating theme that you used and is not completely done, i.e. they have the demo function added to them. Why couldnt you assist us with the demo? https://www.wpdating.com/dating-demo/ 3. the contact us form needs to be fix's, due to not receiving any emails from our customers. 4. The video chat/ library, and the questions for the videos arent there or working. 5. None of the functionalities are working. I need you to change our website status IMMEDIATELY to Coming Soon page so the necessary corrections can be made, and we need the correct ********** information and Hosting Username and Password ASAP. AND again, the slides and the information that you provided doesnt explain what we're asking you to do. The other two professionals walked us through the process and found SEVERAL incomplete functions and stated that YOU would have to make the changes, or they can, but it will be a charge to make the necessary corrections. Also, they dont understand why you wont take the time to assist us, were the CUSTOMER.
