Date of transaction 11-30--21 Service - Unplug Kitchen sink, toilet, and shower. Dispute - Never resolved the problem, issued 60-day warranty. Arrived 11-30-21, cleared problem areas, charged $175.00, gave Steve Zachary (owner) $175.00 + $25.00 tip, cash, because they were prompt and I thought had solved the problems, Issued a 60-day warranty dated 11-30-21 on his business card, only paperwork issued. Problems reoccurred on 12-9, called and Damien (helper) came and resolved the problem. Problem again on 1-3-22, no response, called again 1-4-22, left a voice mail, sent a text, called again 1-5-22, 1-6-22, sent text and had a return call from Tami (wife) explaining husband had tested positive for Covid, but Damien would come again, which he did, but the problem still not fixed. Several calls and texts thereafter were completely ignored. I had requested a refund (2) but never received it. Finally contacted another plumber for help and thankfully all the problems were resolved. I am rejecting this response because:Owner was to refund $150.00 per agreement on March 10, 2022. To date, I have not received or heard from owner.
