I purchased three boxes of vinyl flooring on 1/8/23 for $27.30 a box. I returned on 1/16/23 to purchase two more boxes. The one person working there informed me the price was now double, $54.60. This was after he had to “check something on his phone “. The in-store sign and the online posting both have the $27.30 price. He refused to honor the price listed. He told me it just went up yesterday. I believe what he checked on his phone was the fact that I was there last week and he knew I had to finish my project.Initial Complaint

3 weeks ago I went into this business Appliance liquidation and a purchased a refrigerator two weeks ago my refrigerator stopped working I have tried to contact them and their number online does not work so I had to take time off my busy schedule on my lunch break and go to the business when I purchase this refrigerator they told me it had one year warranty and if anything happened they would send a technician over to my house to fix it unfortunately when I went in they told me that they weren't able to send a technician that I am to take the refrigerator back to the business at this time I took the refrigerator back to the business they said give them 24 hours and they would give me a call back due to the fact that they don't have working numbers the number online is not a working number and the technicians that have called me are calling me through an app line so I've waited for three long days and no response from them so today I went in the third day and I've asked them for the status as I am upset due to them not reaching out to me and they have not checked my refrigerator nor have they reached out at this time I've been wanting a refund and they did not want to give me a refund they said that that store policy I have tried contacting all numbers and they're not working numbers they said the refund is something that they don't do yet it's not posted nowhere in the building nor on my transaction receipt due to the fact that they weren't able to give me a proper receipt I've also asked for their business license which they stated they weren't going to give me their business on the Better Business Bureau states that this company is closed yet it's fully functioning Monday through Sunday from 10:00 to 7:00 can someone please reach out to me and help meInitial Complaint

On 3/12/22 I paid $482.99 for a washing machine and $381.50 for a gas clothes dryer for a total of $931.49 (including tax). They were advertised as “brand new” and heavily discounted during this 30% appliance liquidation sale. I took them home, installed them and I discovered that there was dried soap in the washing machine and sealing compound on the gas pipe of dryer which indicates that they were installed, used and not new. They did not work and are functionally defective. I knew they were “open box with cosmetic damage” but I never agreed to buy broken appliances. I returned them to the store the next day on 3/13/22 and requested a refund. I was told that they could schedule a repair but I declined because I did not agree to buy defective machines and wanted to return them for a refund. There are no signs, notices, or advertisements that “no refunds or exchanges, sold as is, etc…” is the term of sale and It is not revealed until after the sale is completed that the bottom of the receipt states these conditions. I was told to email “*******@axissupplyco.com” to request my refund and that it is not their policy to issue refunds at the store. I left the appliances at the store and they have been in their possession since 3/13/22. I sent the email on 3/13/22 to request refund and have received no reply. This business falsely advertises “brand new” and never discloses used/defective products . I am requesting assistance for a full refund of $931.49. I contacted my credit card company to stop payment and institute an investigation of this fraudulent business. They told me that they were in the process of contacting Axis Supply and waiting for a refund of payment. This business has several complaints and a BBB rating of F. They should not be allowed to conduct business with consumers dealing in good faith while they are committing fraud and false advertising. This activity is criminal, needs to be terminated and held accountable to to repay stolen money
