I had a very bad experience today at El Pescador in ******* on Euclid I went in to have lunch with my granddaughter and my son as my granddaughter and I were waiting a manager came out and told me very rudely that I was no longer welcome in their restaurant that in the past there was always an issue I was totally shocked and my 9-year-old granddaughter got very upset he gave me no reason whatsoever I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years I've never had any problem I could not understand what he was talking about I thought he was mistaken then he pulls out a picture of me and my family sitting at a table and just flashed it at us it had no audio didn't show what supposedly had happened his only explanation was there was always an issue when we came in and then he said it was specifically me I'm over 60 years old a waitress almost my whole life I have never been told I wasn't welcome anywhere I'm going to take it to higher management I'm going to go far as I can with this because it was so rude was no reason whatsoever for him to tell me I wasn't welcome there and not explain at all I've never seen a restaurant or anywhere that unprofessional and that rude and just kept saying like a robot you are just not welcome here I've never seen anything like this and I will take it to higher management if I find someone I can take this to this incident happened on on Friday July 12th and I had just been there the Monday before and was allowed to dine there and spend a substantial amount of money with no problem but the supposed incident that made me not welcome there happened at least a month or more before I had actually been there several times since but this guy somehow spotted me this time and decided I wasn't allowed in there anymore I've never heard of anything like this happening in my life I give them zero in professionalism somebody needs to do something about management at El Pescador *******
