I have received a call from these people telling me i owe money from an account I had in 2015. I told them to stop calling me at work and they said, "they can call me at work whenever and call where ever they want". They said I owe money to them on behalf of a debt that was sold to them by Dress Barn. I told them that account was settled and closed and they said it does not matter. That I will be served no matter what. I recently bought a house and this was not on my credit report as a debt. I feel like they are trying to get money from me from an old debt that is not longer valid.

On 02/18/2022, i received a call from Whiteson and Associates located in Ontario, Ca., re: an old bank account I had with Wachovia Bank in Florida. This man "**** ***** said I had taken out a loan from this bank (which Never happened) and the bank was trying to collect. This was back in 2003-2006 time frame...I spoke with "Mr. *****", and told him I was signing nothing without proof I took out a (fictitious) loan and I wanted to see the paperwork. He emailed me a file that I had to agree to pay the $5909 or $1001.68 today or we go to court, He stated that there had be numerous attempts to contact me but my security system shows nothing. This company has been reported to the BBB with an "F" rating as it is a scam following thru any breach of companies. This company researches all the obtained information on select individuals with any type of loans active. They are currently trying to take my wifes truck I bought last year. I have alerted the Credit Union as well as my local Police and Sheriff re: this. I want this Company, Whiteson and Associates removed or banned for doing business everywhere. My Credit Union who holds the note will not release the title (should this company try to take it) without my consent> this is an elaborate scam been reported. I sincerely believe no contact will be achieved from this company

Whitestone and Associates has been calling and harassing me about a credit card bill from 2004. During that time we filed bankruptcy clear and closed. I haven't received any letter or bills since 2004 from this creditor.
