Received a voicemail from this “law firm” claiming to represent a bank I haven’t done business with in over 18 years, saying I borrowed $5909.68 from the bank. Never borrowed money from them at all. This John evans (?), claimed to be an attorney, and that several attempts had been made to contact me at my house. I am retired, my security system alerts me when anyone is on my property and records…no one has been here. He wanted me to digitally sign a file stating I would pay at least $1,001, to stop the paperwork or goto court. I declined. He called my wife’s phone! And told her that “he’d better call me today!” This guy knew about my capital one account, had my wife’s phone number and knew about me paying on a car I bought thru our local credit union!! I’ve notified every card account plus my bank and credit union. Nothing will be allowed, if someone shows or attempts to abscond with my wife’s or my cats they will be shot; guaranteed

These people are a scam for telephone/internet crime. I got a call from a female with a thick foreign accent claiming to be someone called "Jessica D***", difficult to understand what she was saying...something about "we are filing some documents...call to confirm... if you don't, we will file these documents without your consent." the Caller ID read: "OFFICERING" She left a "file number to refer to when calling" When I called that number, this guy with a weird voice claiming to be someone named Robert C***** an attorney for Whiteson & Associates Law Firm and that the bimbo who had just called "was a process servicer" ...that [department store] was looking for me. Funny, I haven't bought anything from that [department store] for more than 20 years. These people had my unlisted home phone number, full name, former married name, and the last 4 digits of my social security #!!! They've obviously hacked this information from somewhere. I told "Mr. C*****" that I was reporting him to the FBI", ' and hung up on him. And that's what I'm going to do right now. Creeps!

Appears to be a Fraud, posing as a law firm. I received a call from ***-****, claiming they were National Carrier Service, and had a package delivery. When I call back, they tell me they aren't a delivery service, but a law firm, Whites & Associates. They struggle to share their website address so I can valdiate. Their website is bare bones. And they can't tell me how they got my number. They did agree to put me on their do not call list, which is an odd thing to agree too, if they are actually a law firm, trying to delivery. Very odd.
