They sent me my 3000. order it didn't work. So I sent back for them to fix. They said they would rebuild it and great back to me by the 15th at the latest but I haven't received or received shipping info. I call them back now it won't be shipped out till next week and you would think they would overnight it back on them but no they want to charge me 200 more dollar for their mess up. I called their competitor they B.R they are building, testing and overnighting at no extra charge.Review from Robert J

I ordered a custom PC with a 4TB storage drive and a 1TB system drive. They put Windows on the 4TB drive which left me with a very small storage drive. They just shrugged and said I got 5TB of drive space. They made a mistake and will do nothing to fix it. All I get is a run around and no real information.Review from Gavin G

This company should be shut down. I invested(not just bought, invested) in their PC entrusting them with the work. Spent $2,500 on their product. I rely on my PC for work and college. It failed after 3 months, they had me send it back to their facility for warranty work. I need a PC, and they said it will take a month to fix mine with no solutions while mine is repaired. **************** is pathetic.Review from Henrik Z

Bought a PC from them which stopped working after a day. Skytech then shipped a replacement part to me but the customer service rep entered my address incorrectly. When I raised the issue they didn't get back to me until after a week. The part was re-shipped but they entered my address wrong AGAIN. I had to pay duty on the package twice and it ended up being a month late. This part I needed was necessary to run my PC, so I was not able to use my PC the entire time. I will not be purchasing from Skytech in the future.Review from Justin M

I've never had a bad experience buying and using a ** until I foolishly bought a ** from STG. Absolutely poor product and "support". You've replaced the first ** with a new one. Then the replacement had the SAME ISSUE as the first. Paid $84 to ship it back to STG for repairs. STG had it for over a month for "service". Then STG shipped it only to not fill out the import paperwork correctly, so it sat in customs for another half a week. Then when I finally received it, within 1 hour the ** had the SAME ISSUE I sent it in to get repaired for, the same issue I got a replacement for the first time. Totally unacceptable. A defective product you can't even repair - and it's the same problem everytime! Worst experience ever. I will make 100% sure I NEVER buy a ** from STG/SkyTech again, or any of my friends.Review from totally t

bought the ST-ChronosW-****-SK pc from them and within just a month, the pc died. fans stopped spinning and two red light lit up on the motherboard. contacted support about the issue, they left me hanging for 2 weeks. now that ive taken it to a local pc repair / tech shop, they respond and reply. their service reps are no help. one told me to attempt troubleshooting after id shown proof of the pc not even powering on. the cpu and dram lights on the motherboard were lit up. i recall one of the lights being lit up when the pc first arrived but i hadnt thought much of it due to the fact that it was my first ever pc, let alone the first purchase of one. after awhile the first red light had gone away , stopped being lit up. i've contacted the 3rd party they use for purchases as well, i believe for payment plans? they weren't any help either. all around this company is plainly put, dog s*** dont bat an eye towards any of the pcs they advertise. you're better off building and ordering a better pc from nzxt.Review from Mandee K

Like others have mentioned, no customer support. Bought a computer from their amazon store worked fine during the intial 30 days. Come day 40 the graphics card starts acting up. No picture on screen. **************** says oh pay a $300 deposit and we send you a new card, once we get the old card from you we refund you the $300. Really? Thats a high deposit I say he says or u can send in the card and then we send u a new one. Ok so how long will that take ***** days he says. So youre telling me, my son spends over a grand on a new computer and now he supposed to stare at the walls for 2 weeks. He says or you can pay the $300. No help nothing! Ridiculous!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Review from Robert E

Bought a new gaming PC from this company. It crashed twice when first booted up and eventually stopped working altogether. When returning for a replacement they sent the wrong shipping label, so I had to pay to send it back. After a week got the replacement. Also won't boot. Returning this one for a refund. I would NEVER suggest buying from Skytech Gaming. They don't make sure the PCs they send out work.Review from Priscilla N

Bought one of their gaming PC's for my Grandson $.425,00 on Amazon it arrived dead I live in Pa Grandson in Ma so took awhile to get it hooked up my Nephew a Computer Engineer traveled 90 miles when he could from his home to hook up as my Son, my Grandsons Father had recently passed away, so it took two weeks longer than 30 days to hook up it was DOA right out of the box it advertised a DVD player but there was none in fact it was approximately a 100.00 cheaper model that my Grandson actually received, not even the one I paid for. SKYTECH said they would only fix it under the 1 year warranty and I would have to pay shipping to send their DOA Computer to be repaired and there would be no grantee. But I did not buy a broken Gaming PC. SKYTECH just said pretty much not their problem because it was past the 30 days Amazon did noting to help either as they said it was past the 30 days will never buy anything like that from Amazon again you cannot trust them anymore and SKYTECH is just a dishonest Company BUYER BEWARE of SKYTECH
