Purchased an extended warranty when I lurched the vehicle on March 11, 2023. I cancelled the warranty on March 19, 2023. The warranty company issued a refund to Ontario Porsche. Ontario Porsche has neither refunded the money to me nor to Porsche Financial Services.

We have reached out to Mr. Kinney and have resolved this to his satisfaction. We sent the funds to Porsche Financial Services back on 5/25/23 and we are simply waiting for his account to reflect the credit once PFS processes the credit.  This should be completed at any time now.

I bought this car in May last year. After driving for in one month , the engine light started to light up. Later, it was sent in for repair. After it was repaired, it started to light up again for a few days recently. Just as my maintenance arrived, So I made a appointment with this store.Because last time maintenance same here. This time the man named ***** served me and told me what to do. I have clearly told him that my English is not good, but when he asked me to sign it, he never told me how much it would cost. Shouldn't you explain what expenses need to be paid? Later, when I was told that I needed to pay $1,299 for taking the car. Labor fee $809?????? Shouldn't it be covered by the warranty? He never mentioned the fee$1299. Later, I communicated with him. Then he sent me a photo and said you signed it, Well, I can only blame myself for not seeing the details above. But as a service advisor , it's your fault that you didn't mention a word about the expense. Don't you need to explain anything when you sell the service ? 1. What’s the labor fee need to pay$809.97? 2. what these are not covered by the warranty? If not, why didn't tell me? 3. I did maintenance here last December, and I didn't pay any fee

Liqun brought their ******* in and asked for an inspection and to do the 20,000 maintenance service.  The maintenance service is not covered by the warranty.  We gave an estimate before doing the service and it was approved & signed (see attached photo) to complete. We did exactly what were asked to do and then did what we said we would.

On May 18th I took my car in to have my brake inspected and had to check my oil light. I have been having issues with a squeaky noise with my brakes even after replacing them. They took my car in and performed a multi point inspection everything passed expect my tires, replacing my front brakes with OEM parts. After speaking to a technician he suggested instead of paying $2200 to replace the brakes that are brand new with ******* oem parts, we can replace the oil and that should take care of the oil light coming up. I picked my car up on May 24th my car had some AC Recalls that were also taken care of. ***** pulled my car up and said I have your AC on full blast because its an oven in there..So I decided to test drive my car and see how it's running. While driving I noticed my AC is not getting Cold just blowing hot air. I immediately took my car back to ******* Ontairo. ***** sat in my car with the hot ac blowing and proceeded to tell me what they did Replace to My AC Has nothing to do with why my AC would NOT blow Cold air. Mind you my AC has been working and blowing cold air with no problems prior to bringing it to the shop. He then continued to say my car has high mileages and some things can just blow out. After speaking to the Service Manager Manny who still did not offer any solution and was very disrespectful offered to scan my car for any services code.. of course now I Have 3 sensors showing faulty after leaving my car with ******* ******* for a week to be serviced. My vehicle passed the multi point inspection including my AC before, WHY Would it not be working now. So after all this they still expected me to pay to have my car serviced again to see if they can fix their damage. I refused to pay them any more money and insisted that they do the service at no cost whatever replacements were done to my AC has now left me with no cold air coming out. They refused to do the work at no cost, which has now left me with no running cold AC in my car.

We understand Ms. ****** is upset, I have spoken to both ***** and ***** so I’m well aware of her service.  When she brought the car in we do a 72 point inspection. That inspection looks at the mechanics of the car; are things working, turning on/off, the basics of the car, etc. In the aspect of  her A/C, we turned the A/C on and found that it in fact blew air and was in working order.  We didn’t sit in the car to see if the air got cold nor do we run codes at that point; there is no reason to.  We then proceeded to do the brake work as well as the A/C relay that was under a recall warranty.  Please note that this has nothing to do with whether the car blows cold air or not.  When we completed the work and returned the car to her, she then pointed out to us that that car wasn’t blowing cold air; this is the first time we were made aware of that issue.  We then wanted to help her so we ran the codes on the car to see what that could tell us, this is the first time we did this since there was never a reason to before. Now we see that the there is a code for the A/C and the code alerted some time before she ever brought the car to us.  Per the date of when the A/C code ran, the car has likely not been blowing cold air since then.   ***** has offered to do a full diagnosis which includes evacuating the A/C unit which is likely a $500 service that we will provide for free.  However, we can’t repair her A/C at no charge. We are happy to help her further, she can contact either ***** or myself at the number below.

We own both stores and pulled all of the inbound calls from Ms. ****** and her husband ****** ****. Our Service representative said we do a multi-point inspection that includes the AC. The multi-point inspection looks to see if the mechanics of the vehicle are working.  This includes turning on the A/C to see if the mechanics come on and air blows out.  It does not include testing what temperature the AC blows air.  We performed the AC relay recall, it has nothing to do with the temperature of the AC.

When we ran the codes, the AC code had fired prior to her bringing her car here.  This issue happened before the car was brought in.  This is also the second time now Ms. ****** has suggested that we are not treating African American women properly and I’m not sure for what purpose. There is not an iota of tolerance in any place of this organization for any mistreatment based on race or gender and to suggest so is personally insulting and offensive. I must emphatically clarify that we treat all customers exactly the same way; with the highest level of customer service.

I am rejecting this response because:

Your service center should not be operating  if your going to do half ass services jobs.  I have never heard of any company replacing a part and not checking to make sure all functions are working. This is unacceptable I did not have any issues with the way My AC was running. I just had my car serviced  prior to bringing it to your dealership and no codes or issues were found. So I find it very hard to believe that now all of a sudden you guys have codes coming up that that have been in the system prior.

If your going to keep lying and refusing to fix your damages, I will have my lawyer contact you to resolve this issue.
