I ordered a list from Alex ****** and once it was paid for I was told it would be 5-6 business days to receive my list. We paid on 8/24/21 and Alex confirmed on 8/27/21 that they received payment. We should have received our list by 9/6/21. Well we did not. When I reached out I was told that they suspended my list due to a delay in verification process and they had several other projects they had to get to first as mine was taking to long. Finally on 9/13/21 I received a partial list from Michael Winer. On Wednesday 9/15/21 we received the other half. We went thru the list and found duplicate contacts for the same company, businesses that are not even applicable to what we do, and vendors of ours not potential customers. I emailed Michael about this issue and his response was "Let me explain the process to you – we have agreed to deliver 5,000 contacts from Drywall companies, not Unique companies. We have added possible decision-makers from each company for your outreach. Lists consist of all potential companies which fall under this segment. We have profiled quality and reliable contacts by appointing 10+ dedicated researchers. The list consists of key contacts to whom you can start the business conversation." After my team went thru the list (which are not list experts or dedicated researchers) we have only 2236 viable contacts out of 5000 that we purchased. Michael also said in his email "We guarantee minimum 90% on email deliverability, 90% on overall data accuracy like title, mailing address, phone number, etc. and 95% on Application type. We definitely did not get 90-95 accuracy on this one and yet he is not willing to do anything for us. I am very disappointed in the shoddy workmanship this company has delivered and the lack of customer service after the fact.
