Beware.. Terrible customer tech support! Repair parts take weeks to arrive.Agents will answer emails eventually with an attitude of course.My Mesa ST has been broke for 3 months,still under warranty.Their website reviews are 5 star and the BBB is 11/2 star.Wonder why?*************************Review from Roxanne T

0 star rating. On May, 11, 2024, we purchased 2 Asphalt e bikes and 2 deluxe accessory packs from Mokwheel's onlline store. The total cost, including shipping and taxes was $3,979.82. We paid immediately of course. The expected delivery date was May 20. ***** lost one of the bikes and instead of doing the right thing MOKWHEEL is causing us to wait almost an additional month for a replacement. There is no reasonable explanation why Mokwheel can not get a bike transported from ********** to ************** in a timely manner. Could it be possible that they are entirely out of stock? I doubt it. This is extremely bad customer service in an extremely competitive market and I would have expected Mokwheel to provide an immediate resolution. They have our money but we dont have our bike or any indication of when we will. Emails go unanswered and communication is terrible. Do better Mokwheel.Review from Joseph S

I ordered a bike on mokwheelbikes.com Early on April 30th 2024. The wrong model was selected by mistake. When I caught the error, later in the afternoon, I emailed support to ask them to update my order with the correct model. The correct model was the exact same price as the one I had ordered in error. I was informed by ****** in support that it was too late to refund or exchange the model, and that I would have to pay $300 to do so (even though their website says it would be $200 if it had already shipped.) The problem is, it had not already shipped. It still has not shipped as I am writing this. According to the website, you know it has shipped when you receive a shipping confirmation via email when that happens. I have still received no confirmation of shipping. I have been in contact with support several times throughout the day, and they flatly refuse to help me and insist that it has been shipped even though I have not received any shipping notification. They do not seem to know the difference between processing an order and shipping an order.Though the bike sounds like a good quality product, I have lost all trust in this company because of the unhelpful support staff. If this is how they treat a new customer I can't imagine how difficult it will be to get help from them if anything goes wrong with the bike down the road. They have blatantly lied about the shipping status of my package in an attempt to extort more money from me. At this point I don't even want the bike because I do not want to be seen on their product. I will go back to *******, where at least I know I will be dealing with fair people who will not change their policies to fleece their customers. The poor decision making of this company is concerning. They will lose thousands of dollars based on the bad reviews I will post everywhere I can in order to warn people, rather than simply trade the bike out and make a new customer happy.Review from Gary O

Horrible company! Mokwheel has done nothing except steal people's money and lead people in circles when a problem arises with their China made bikes. I have had my bike since July of 23. It has been out of service 7 of the 9 months owning. First it was a problem with the screen, then problem with the throttle, it would take off on its own. I called them, they acted like it was me. I took it to one of their dealers and while we stood there dealer looking at it the thing took off knocked over 4 brand new bikes. Took a month for them to fix. After all there way of business is to say we will send you parts and you fix. A month later battery lock quit working called for a week straight on hold for several hours a day to never get through. Finally get through, send them the pics and everything they need. Now they say we will send part . For 3 months I waited for correct parts to fix bike they sent wrong part the same part over and over 3 different times. Everytime they send wrong part it's another week or two to get ahold of them and another 1 to two weeks for them to ship. Finally get the battery lock fixed in late fall. Fast forward through winter no problems because bike sat in extra bedroom I live in the ******* winter here is not good bike weather. Spring now, I go to ride it and battery won't charge . I called 3 days before I got through . Of course they started their loop send pics. On 3rd week now they have promised to send me a replacement battery but everytime they say they are sending it, I get nothing. I am tired of dealing with this company they will not hold up to their warranty on bike. I'm sure they are taught to run people in circles until people give up. It's a shame to spend $1500.00 to get a pile of junk. Straighten up mokwheel send me my battery and send other owners the parts they need to be able to enjoy their bikes.Review from Logan D

I had been researching, reading, watching videos for months before purchasing my first ebike. Thinking that I found the best out there. Well my experience has not been the best. Let me start I really do like the ebike. It is fun, easy to use, and adjusting the settings is easy. However, the service is c*** When I purchased my ebike I included the $99 accessory package, which at the time the website did NOT state they were out of stock on the accessory package. Mokwheel does have a phone number, but good luck getting a person on the phone or to call you back. I did email customer support and received an email in 24 hrs stating that the accessories would be sent out on the date stated on the website. That would have been acceptable if the charger wouldn't have failed within the first week. Again I tried calling and received no answer, left a message no call back, sent an email and here 24 hrs later no response. Currently they have no chargers in stock according to the website. So I have no clue when I'll be able to use my ebike again. It's frustrating to have an $1,800 paper weight sitting there unable to use. Overall the lack of customer service is a huge disappointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable. The lack of accessories should not be a thing. There are many more details I could go through as to why one may want to reconsider buying from Mokwheel but I focused on the most important to me. They really need to get their act together. Zero ************* being kind. Had bike since 8/23. Havent road it since 11/23 throttle cuts out battery dies not safe to ride Local ******** ******* dealer wont help neither will corporate in **********. Im in the process of getting both complaints filed in both states. Ive been in the store over ten times. I only purchased this bike instead of a Amazon bike cause a Dealer was there in person. This bike simple isnt safe someone please assist me the tires they sell are so thin a Barbie **** could puncture it. They refuse to inform me where to buy a quality tire from . Getting anyone on thr phone or to reply to an email through Mokwheel Support or warranty services is an absolute joke!My display screen has completely fogged over and renders the bike unable to turn on, less than a year since purchasing it. The bad thing is that it has been lightly used and is already inoperable. Over the past 3 wekes I've left 3 voicemails, sent 2 emails and sat on hold just waiting for anyone at there support number to pick up.None have resulted in any communication from Mokwheel. This would be my second issue dealing with Mokwheel and there so called support. The first took months to resolveReview from Rick F

I DONT KNOW WHERE THE DELIVERY WENT IT WAS NOT ************** ******* ***** I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD KNOW WHERE YOU SHIP THE ***** PURCHASED FROM YOUR COMPANY. BUT APPARENTLY NOT. I EXPRESSLY TOLD YOU IN THE ***** 3 WEEKS AGO. WHERE TO SEND THEM. AND AGAIN YOUR COMPANY HAS FAILED. I WANT ****** REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT I HAVE A **** THAT CAN NOT BE RIDDEN SO OUR ONLINE CONTRACT OF ME BUYING SOMETHING FROM YOU AND YOU COMPLETING. THE DEAL. , CONTRACT. HAS FAILED ON YOUR PART. I EXPECT YOUR COMPANY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO TAKE THE **** BACK. AT YOUR OUN COST. Bought a basalt in February while in *******! **** all over and loved it! I loved it so much I bought a carrier and brought it back to Jersey with me ! ( I first year ********) Then I ordered a second Basalt ST for my ******* house! Im in bike heaven! Its so awesome! I highly recommend the amok wheel family of bikes! When I had questions I em mailed the support team and within 1 to 2 days I received answers! I also joined on ******** a mokwheel vip page and we share all kinds of experiences and questions and recommendations!
